Went on 11/15/19 for lunch and the cashier Mike was very rude Upon ordering my food he was not very friendly I forgot to give them a cup and then when I asked for a cup he was very rude & just through the cup on the counter and then proceeded to tell me that I can leave the store when I have done nothing wrong I feel very afraid of being in a store by the way that I was treated by him I would not wish this on anyone

Today at 328 pm I ordered 2 Teen burgers and asking that one of the two be plain bread and meat only, not what I received only to have explained to me that a plain teen burger is one with sauce cheese and bacon ? after discussion I was offered a plain mama burger.
The food what warm and not what we expected from this location.
Will not eat A&W for a good while and will advise friends
