A&W Restaurants review: Great customer service

I visit the A&W on 9271 County Rd-93, Midland ON L4R 4K4 frequently as I work as a manager for a retail store close by.
A server by the name of Ryan gives his best and continues to smile and be courteous to customers. Yesterday as well as other days I see him working at the counter, preparing meals and keeping the dishes from piling up.
What prompted me has been hearing other customers say, he all alone and he works so hard amongst other great complements.
You have a gem of an employee and if he worked for me, I would seriously have him teaching other staff how to give exceptional customer service.
I could go to other fast food restaurants, but nothing compares to Ryan's charm and willingness to give their best effort.
