A&W Restaurants review: manager and prices

My friend and I wanted to purchase a Gouda Mama Burger, she added on the price 25 cent for a slice of Tomato another for onion and also for lettuce, when I said the other franchise in Brampton didn't charge she said she does so take it or leave it, I left it so she called me back and said she would eliminate the 75 cents but when when opened the burger there was no Gouda on them so I again went back to her to which she said we only ordered Mama burgers. I am not the only complainant she has arguments with people constantly, she is very rude and should not be allowed to manage especially in a mall. I now go to the other A&W as they are more friendly and do not charge extra for tomato etc. I know this may not make a difference but I'm just so tired of being overcharged if I have to add to a burger, if it says $3.49 that's what it should be with tax not an extra 75 cents.
