12 passenger van was reserved for a week starting June 19 When we arrived for pickup we were told van was not available. They did not help us find another available vehicle for 7 passengers. We had made hotel reservations that were non refundable. We had made these reservations months ago. Why did no one call us when they saw they had overbooked. There were 3 other groups there in line who received the same news. This had a huge impact on the vacation we had planned for months.

Claimed loss: $7000 in hotel reservations.

Desired outcome: I asked for them to help us find another vehicle between Minneapolis and Fargo At this late date we were not able to find another vehicle. We need $7000 in reimbursement for lost hotel reservations and a lost vacation!
