Res No. 40935742-US-1 -plate No IEKX58 - I'm a UK resident holidaying in Orlando. When collecting my prebooked car I was charged LDW & ALI. I advised that these charges were not necessary as I had credit card insurance cover. I was told because I had a UK licence I had to pay these charges. I researched later and discovered these charges were optional in Florida, so your staff are ripping off UK passengers at MCO. I wasn't given a receipt as if would have seen the Optional Products Listed. I complained a few days later and was given a refund. Also when I went to the carpark the car alloted wasn't there. Why are you staff doing this?

Claimed loss: There was on financial loss as the overcharge was refunded after the complaint was made.

Desired outcome: I would like reassurance that the staff member involved is reprimanded
