I hired a car from Tamworth airport from 15th - 24 January, 2026. I returned the vehicle to Tamworth on 24th January and put the keys in the box provided by Avis. This is because the rental car desk is never staffed. When I received the Tax Invoice, I couldn't understand why there was an extra charge. I lodged this enquiry with Avis immediately and received a reply from Jodie Harris stating that the charge was for 3 extra days car hire had been charged until 27th January, 2026. I forwarded my Qantas Itinerary and Boarding Pass to Jodie, together a copy of 2 Credit Card Charges - one for $251.94 and one for $151.94 (Pending). Frankly I find this incompetence unacceptable.
Desired outcome: All charges on my Credit to be reversed
