641546905 rental agreement
Rented a vehicle in Indpls Airport. Did not get the vehicle that was reserved. Received a waiver on returning vehicle gassed up because I did not receive right vehicle. Returned vehicle with fuel charge. Tried to get the fuel charge waived as I was told and the Avis Reps could not do so and they could not see the notes from the booking agent. They could or would not contact the Avis counter at the airport to correct their error.

Recommendation: Make sure to get all comps in writing on the account and personally. I had confirmed this was on the account twice. But now no one can assist. Very poor Customer serv
