Premium Deluxe Service Maintenance Contract - Auto maintenance contract
I was told that my Auto maintenance contract had expired. (not True). They lied. I made a deposit of $1,450 on a new contract and told that it was refundable if I notified them within 3 days. I called the next day and was not able to talk with a manger wo could refund the money. I was put on hold for 45 min. then 25 min. then told that manager would call back. No call. My Bank is now filing a claim in my behalf.

Appointment Date & Time: February 11, 2025, 9:30am. Job performed = replace O2 sensor & cabin air filter. Completed @ approximately 11:30am. Paperwork & payment complete at 11:42am. Charged $889.83, of which $629.96 was labor and $40.87 undisclosed shop supplies. $630 for 2 hour job is excessive & unreasonable. As a U.S Veteran, I receive only about $5 per hour income.

In may i ordered a car Toyota filder through motorshop east Africa for which i paid ksh 700,000. Since then the car was not delivered. The culprit have corrupted the judiciary and police and legal process takes long without possibilities of getting through. They also threatened people who Sue them with kidnapped and death and claim to be close to power. I need my money and have them jailed.
