On January 30, 2025, AAA charged my account $186.00 without my authorization. The company was scheduled to charge me on February 5, 2025. I tried to manage my account; however, I get an error message. I am trying to remove household member (Fernando Carrillo) from 2025 renewal. The company agreed to cancel the membership and refund my money and has not refunded me yet. I have a complaint with BBB that hasn't been responded to, and I even dropped the claim with the bank because they informed me that they would return my money.. .
