Autonation Toyota Pinellas Park review: 2025 sales, dishonesty and fraudulent milage

Trade my car mid Sept,today as of today Oct 3 toyota autonation has not sent the paperwork over to my bank to complete the finance process which was to be 10days.I called, email, text managers in sales, finance, and even the Gm. Because of their incompetent and sabotaging manner, my old car payment became past due. I had to pay it while it sits on the dealer lot. On the night of taking possession of my car within minutes battery needs charging pops up. Because of the time frame pass closing ,i could not get back into the building. I text sale guy, no help there. Thank God i was able to drive 40 miles home without issue.
100% agree with other comments. In awe how AutoNation toy Pinellas still in business with all these complaints, and gimmicks. I found my trade in car listed for sale. This dealer has no integrity, my car listed mileage is a fraud, it is less than what i traded it in at. They fluff the numbers above what i agreed on prior to visit. The finance guy was rude and threatening to leave me at the dealer without my old car or the new one, because someone did not notify him i was financing with my bank. He dismiss my bank letter i had in hand. I will not release positive reviews or word of mouth to friends, family or associates who are also in the market for a vehicle until i get this issue resolved and some incentives.
