Chantilly Shell review: Groupon Scam Chantilly Shell
This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.
The repair shop would not accept my Groupon oil change offer that was paid for. They stated the offer has strict requirements, and they continually had to reject customers who use Groupon coupon offer.
They than tried to upsell me to get oil change for the normal price. They told me to simply cancel the Groupon order and customers get a refund all the time when this happen.
The catch is, he was just lieing, ALL their Groupon offers are nonrefundable. When I went back to the store and told that to the they guy he told me there is nothing that can be done please leave.
Recommendation: Avoid using Groupon with Chantilly Shell
