Endurance Warranty Services review: False advertising

I'm very disappointed with my experience with Endurance Warranty Services. When I needed my truck repaired, I expected my warranty to provide meaningful coverage and help protect me from unexpected expenses. Instead, the company refused to cover some of the diagnostic fee, and I'm being required to pay nearly half of the repair cost myself. The diagnostic fee helps determine what is wrong and what needs to be repaired. Having to pay additionally to that fee on top of a substantial portion of the repair bill makes me question the actual value of this warranty. A warranty should provide peace of mind, not leave customers frustrated and facing significant out-of-pocket expenses. Based on this experience, I'm very dissatisfied and would have a hard time recommending this company to others.
