On 6/6/2025 I purchased Power Director video editing software. The charge goes through my bank account, but then I can't activate it unless I provide them a copy of my credit card statement and a photo id (driver's license or passport). This seems fraudulent in nature. I will not send this information to them and they then cancel my order. Here's the email change:

Your request for personal id and bank statement is highly suspect to fraud. I won't provide, but I did call the bank to ask for authorization code as the email below suggests. They said there is not such code. The only code next to the transaction on my account is a follows:

Please let me know if this is what you're looking for. If not, I will cancel the order and purchase a different editing software.
