The salesperson went down the list of items they were going to do on my car. Never once mentioning a price till he got to the last item. He then said "that will be 91 dollars." Thus, making it sound like the entire bill would be 91 dollars. What you might expect to pay for 4 new spark plugs , I left with a bill for 687 dollars. Once I realized what they did, I went back to them. Their response was that I had signed for up for this and I got what I was wanting. Not true.
