On December 29, 2025, I purchased a 2022 Audi Q3 S Line Premium Plus from this dealership. I understand and acknowledge that the vehicle was sold “as is.” I am not seeking reimbursement or disputing the terms of sale.
However, within approximately two weeks of purchase, I was required to replace two rear tires, obtain a four-wheel alignment, and replace brake components. While these are considered wear-and-tear items, their immediate necessity raises reasonable concerns regarding whether the vehicle was adequately inspected prior to sale and whether material maintenance conditions were properly disclosed.
At the time of purchase, no documentation or disclosure was provided regarding the condition or remaining service life of the tires, brakes, or alignment. As a consumer, I believe it is reasonable to expect that vehicles offered for sale — even when sold as is — meet basic safety and condition standards or that any imminent maintenance needs are clearly disclosed.
My intent in filing this complaint is to document these concerns and encourage improved transparency and inspection practices for future customers.
