AT&T review: Misleading salesperson and dreadful att rewards center customer service

Got suckered into transferring from Verizon to ATT through an AARP promotion at BJs.
Was told my ATT bill for same lines would be $165 from $360. Didn't happen. My new bill is $330 for several months now.
Was told ATT would pay my last Verizon bill which included normal monthly service charges plus phones that still had a balance. Didn't happen. Total $1200. Uploaded my Verizon bill to ATT Reward Center site and only reimbursed $600.
Tried to inquire about my reward card. Told up to 10 weeks to process. meanwhile Verizon bill has to be paid.
When inquiring on ATT Reward center site about the card once received, site will not process my entries after multiple attempts on multiple browsers.
When trying to engage with 'Live Chat' on the site, i get the message 'Site is Down' on multiple occasions.

Mind you, I'm not the kind of guy that normally complains about this BS. I'm too busy and i just don't care that much. This entire experience has been so bad that I want to let it be known that these guys SUCK. Stick with Verizon, or T mobile or whomever. It's just not worth it.
