My wife and I went on a cruise to iceland. We knew we couldn't use our phones with att service. We were going to use viber to communicate. We occasionally received a text. We responded via viber. My wife made the mistake of replying via text maybe three times in the course of three weeks traveling. She alsao made one call. We were billed approximately $290 for her indiscretional communications. Att billed us for every day without our specific authorization. Anybody considering using this company should have their head examined. Do we have any recourse?
