I am filing a complaint regarding AT&T’s excavation work on my property. AT&T (or their contractors) repeatedly dug up my lawn without proper restoration. The work was done for utility line installation/maintenance, but the company has not restored the lawn to its original condition despite multiple contacts and assurances. The digging has left visible damage, uneven ground, and disturbed grass. This has affected the appearance and safety of my yard. I have attempted to resolve this directly with AT&T, but they have not responded or completed the necessary repairs. I am requesting FCC assistance in getting AT&T to fully restore the property to the condition it was in before the excavation.

Desired outcome: Restore lawn to its original condition.
