In July 2025 my family transferred our cellular coverage to ATT. We were promised $800.00 per line of credit if we traded in our old, Verizon phones. We transferred 8 lines that day, and purchased 7 new phones. The credits have not been applied to my bill. Upon calling ATT using 611 I was told my agreement is directly with the store and 611 wouldn't help me. They told me I had to handle my dispute by visiting the store, which is approximately 6 hours from my home. I phoned the store 11/20/25 in an attempt to speak with my salesman. I was told by the person that answered the phone, that store currently has one employee and it is his first day. He wouldn't help me and told me to ask for the escalation department on 611. I phoned 611again and was told that there is no such department and the store has to correct the issue. I am owed $5,600. it isn't my fault that AT&T used fraudulent practices in order to con customers.
Claimed loss: $5,600 in phone bill credits. $800. credit for each one, of seven Verizon phone surrendered to ATT in August of 2025.
Desired outcome: I would like the $5,600 credit to be applied to my cell phone balance as promised on 7/25/25
