My cellphone number is: [protected]. My name is Rev. Denise Cassella. Thankfully, you can reach me on my home phone at: [protected]. However, the whole idea is to have a "Lifeline" so that I can be reached, etc., 24/7.

I have called numerous times to Customer service since November 2021. It's VERY FRUSTRATING, to say the least... Update: I Finally got my updated cellphone: Motorola Moto g in January. I transfered my old phone over to this new cell, back in January 2022. Everything works, emails, apps, texts, internet, can make a call out, however, CANNOT RECEIVE A TELEPHONE CALL IN!

I spent 2 hours resetting with customer service to no avail. I was promised a telephone call and assured that my phone would be working: "no worries". STILL NO CALLS RECEIVED! I spent another hour on hold to get hung up on when I ask for a supervisor! I spent 2 more hours with a supervisor who called me back once, made me go through everything and we did a factory reset; STILL NO PHONE CALLS CAN BE RECEIVED! I was promised a telephone call to get my cellphone working and was assured, "no worries!" Guess what? She never called back! And, guess what? She PROMISED she would call back! What a joke... Isn't this supposed to be a "LIFELINE"? I am an Emergency contact should my family need me in an Emergency, however, I CANNOT BE REACHED!

I AM REPORTING THIS TO MY STATE GOVERNMENT WHO PROVIDES THIS MONEY TO ASSURANCE WIRELESS and to my Attorney General, William Tong for breach of contract.

Desired outcome: I would like to be able to receive incoming calls!!! I would like a sincere apology for a cellphone that is not giving my family a "Lifeline"! I WOULD LIKE A COMPLETELY WORKING CELLPHONE!!!

Assurance Wireless Cellphone

Hello,

I am filing a complaint about my service with Assurance wireless. My cell phone is having issues with connecting to the network and it takes a long time to charge. I called customer service on Monday and I was told that I have to complete the life line application in which I done that months ago. I would like to have a replacement phone sent to me as soon as possible.

Assurance Wireless All the services because there is no way to have any communication with assurance wireless to aide me in my situation at all!!!

I am not happy at all with all the years I have been with them.Nobody answers my phone call to help me at all.If I receive a positive response then I will look elsewhere.

Assurance Wireless Customer service and phones

I've had a phone with Assurance Wireless for about a year now AND IT SUCKS. The only "compatible" phones are the phones on their website which are the crappiest phones on the planet, which no one's ever heard of. Not to mention, none of the customer service members are American and do not speak or understand proper English and there's a mutual lack of understanding between me and them and they NEVER solve my problems. Every time I have to talk to them I want to throw myself off of a frickin cliff to end it all and stop the major headache I get talking to the brick heads. How did they even get a government agency with the crappy service they have? Never try Assurance Wireless. It's the best thing ever that they're discontinuing their lifeline. Good Riddance!

Assurance Wireless Question

I have lifeline service and this has been verified. Thought I lost my assurance wireless phone, so deactivated same. Found phone — re-activated and was switched to a paid service. Have spent hours and hours attempting to fix problem and move phone back to lifeline. Unfortunately the "not too bright" reps give me the run around and do nothing to help fix the problem. Assurance Wireless Lack of customer service

On February 16 I spent two hours calling Assurance wireless to secure help with my account. Each time I called I was routed to T-Mobile, my carrier, to resolve the issue. T-Mobile, on two separate ocassions indicated it could not find the number, interesting since I was calling from that number. After two hours I did an internet check for alternative means of contacting the company. There is no email or text nor a dedicated line for customer service. Truly the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Assurance Wireless Handicap access to phone

Descrimation complaint have asked and requested a DVD on how to use this phone for the last 10 years and still no help your indangering my life by not providing me with the help I need in a medical crisis. due to my handicap my hands eyes and brain suffered tremendous and I'm still spending all these hours on phone trying to make complaints I would appreciate someone contact me at [protected] my name is Ronald stallings

Numerous time I made to activate cell phone device I received which I have requesteds to replace broken cell phone - each conversation turned nuisance and frustration which few incident i just hang up for same stupid hopeless effort to activate sent cell phone -

Assurance Wireless Data was good at one time n ow it's horrible

Data too slow cannot watch v idro I try to download it o n lyrics for it to stop and all time wasted and data lost ongoing problem

Also I am disabled senior my social worker wants me to send recertification from their website, I told them I can't because I have terrible service with the phone in my area. It worked before but now it's horrible, t-mobile works here you have t-mobile on assurance but I get the band end of the service.

Please help this is my only contact here

Assurance Wireless Assurance Wireless

Hello there,

I am writing a complaint about Assurance Wireless. I applied for the service and was expecting to receive my device, and have not received it. It has now been over a month (a month and a week to be exact). I called customer service to speak to not one but 8 different representatives who have been giving me different information. I called several times about my account and the device. Even the supervisor did not try to resolve the issue and I was hung up on. The representatives were not helpful and dismissive of my issues and concerns.

Desired outcome: I would like the issue to be fixed and receive my device. I would also like the representatives to be held accountable for the misinformation and not doing more to assist with my issue.

i have been waiting for 2 months for replacement, ordered one for my neighbor down stairs , who is a senior citizen he got his phone within 7 days , but the phone arrived with no sims card , came with the sims card holder , but it was all ready punched out, and they say this company is run by united states government, that i believe because this is typical government business

Assurance Wireless phone never received

01/26/2021

I placed a call for a replacement phone due to damage. Today is 02/10/2022 and I don't have a phone. My account was charged on 01/26/2021 but have yet to receive. I have called the company twice and the only response I received is that it has shipped. I have emailed 4x with no response. Happy to show you the proof. I want my phone tonight, figure out a way to get it to me. I don't care about how much it may cost you! I need a job and you are preventing from that happening. I will contact Jessie Jones from Kiro TV and show all the documented emails and phone calls I have sent

Assurance Wireless Getting a phone

I signed up for assurance wireless and was approved.Ok my Neighbor has assurance wireless and all I keep hearing is mine is on back order but all my neighbors keep getting their phone why do I keep being put on the back order ? And I still haven’t received my phone because another email says I’m on a back order .But yet my neighbor had gotten her phone .I think you people are Lying to me

Assurance Wireless Motorola moto g pure

Hello,

I am having a problem connecting to any network on any T Mobile network. I can sometimes get it to connect outside but it still drops. I was wondering if there's a problem with the phone being locked. I also would like a phone that works.

They sent me a wiko which I had never heard of. Had it for about a year and a half. Battery literally exploded last week. Soo they won't replace it, and there's no way I'm buying a phone made 100% in China (getting spied on by more than the US lol) Not cool. Didn't use it for much. So if I wanna get a moto g which I've used I'll need to spend 150$ for a 3 yr old phone? Not happy.

The bought the Ans Artia an it has been the worst phone I've ever had. Since day 1 it has randomly restarted and uninstalled apps. Doesn't matter if I use the phone or if it's just sitting there...it restarts.

I reported my phone Dec 13, 2021not working, I was told I needed a new phone and they told me I would receive a new phone from 7 to 28 days. It now is 42 days and I still can not get a straight answer as to when can I get my replacement phone.

Assurance Wireless Cell Phone

I received a letter stating Assurance was switching carriers in October, 2021. I immediately called Assurance, as the letter instructed. I was told a SIM card would be sent shortly. I called four additional times to state that the SIM card was not received and that the phone is defective. It does not turn on, even when fully charged; the volume is not functioning, and it's very hard to hear; and the display touchscreen doesn't respond. I was told a replacement phone would be sent. It was not. I called a fifth time and was told a new phone would be sent to me. It was not. After receiving a SIM card last week for a phone that is not working, I called Assurance again. I was promised a replacement phone would be immediately shipped. The next day, I received an email stating that my phone is on backorder. I then called Assurance AGAIN. After seven calls, and being transferred countless times-the manager did not understand that the SIM card I received, (which took four months, ) does not help, when used with a broken phone. The conversation went around in circles, and I ended up hanging up. I'm unable to use the broken phone, nor the SIM card.

Assurance Wireless Not able to receive calls.

I'm highly upset, I can make calls, send & receive texts messages, but if you call my phone, it'll say my phone is out of service, but I can call out, makes no sense, the representatives with assurance wireless is rude, will hang up on you, will give wrong information, they have ZERO KNOWLEDGE of cellphones. They lied & said I would be getting another phone, this has been going on since December of 2021, I still haven't got my phone, they lied & said that I said my phone was wet (not true) then one representative lied & said I said my phone has a cracked screen (not true) someone went in & changed my secret question & changed my 6 digits pin, this was all done from the inside, because nobody has access to my pin, it's just my husband & I live together & he doesn't know my information with assurance wireless. So the representatives did this nasty scam. Why would they go in, change my security info, customer care needs to be taken away from them & place with people that are better representatives, more like bringing the jobs back to the USA. They are very rude & nasty when you call, not helping & doesn't resolve nothing. They lie & said it's a outage, no way we can have a outage since last year, that's sounds retarded. The last representative said she was switching my phone to another tower, to use my phone in 1 hour, it still doesn't work, but I don't believe she did, because I told her over 10 times to switch the tower & she kept talking around it like she didn't want to. I didn't even get a signal notification showing me she changed anything, the bars on the phone would been showing on the top of my scene. I see it's time to carry my service somewhere else. Port my number to another carrier. You people are heartless.

Assurance Wireless Not received the replacement phone promised

Hello, my name is Latonya M. Finley, and my # is [protected]. My addresses is 5516 Sussex Ave. Shreveport, LA 71108.
I contacted you regarding a problem with my Phone. My port was no longer working so I called and reported this on Tuesday January 3, 2022 I was told that you would send me out a replacement phone in 24-48 hours. Well I never received the phone. And today is January 16, 2022.. I really need my phone.
I used a wireless charger to try and use my phone because I am missing important messages and phone calls. But once I got it charged up and tried to use it my phone was locked. The message I got said that my PIN number was no longer valid. So I tried the forgotten password feature and enter the answer to question? what was my favorite city? and I enter my city but a message said to try again later. I don't understand what is going on. Are you trying to drop my service. This has been the worst service I got since you changed service from assurance to T- mobile. It should not be this much trouble to keep my phone in service. If you don't want to service me, that's fine. I will pay to have the phon repaired with my own money if you don't want to send me a replacement. Just don't pretend like you are such a great company that offer such good service because you don't. Why would I want to invite anyone to join your service. You have not treated me right. Can you please let me know if you are going to send me another phone or unlock my phone, or will I have to get my port repaired out of my own money, I need my phone. Please respond.

Yes, I would like to know why assurance wireless has not sent me a replacement phone as need. I need my phone, I am missing important calls and message. My phone is my lifeline. I need it for work and to stay in contact with family..

Yes. My original phone was stolen so I DO NOT have a broken one to send back to you, yet I received an email to requesting me to send in the “broken” phone with the rma envelope that came with the replacement phone. I have tried at least 7 times to get the replacement phone and its sim activated, however the multiple people I have spoken with at assurance either do not know what they are doing or something is messed up about the numbers. When I try to use the phone it says “looks like you are trying to use a phone that doesn’t have an active SIM card”, so I call (multiple times) to get it active. This last time (today), I was told that the replacement phone I have isn’t an Assurance Wireless phone (it says Assurance on the screen). It has something to do with the IMEI number. I have attached photos of the phone as well as the sticker with the IMEI and ICCID numbers on them. Can ANYONE there help me? Can ANYONE there fix this issue that is costing me job opportunities as well as missed doctors calls? This is a free phone to me as I am on state assistance. Again the phone number is
