Aspen Dental review: Non refund of over charge

On feb 21 I was charged $111 for a dental evaluation I submitted the claim to my medicare supplemental and they paid $51 i, ve been trying for several months to get a refund but I just get put off, I had procedure done in n apple valley mn and was referred to the hastings office for collection the number ive been in communication with is [protected].

Desired outcome: Refund of $51 to my visa card
