I went to Aspen Dental worst experience I ever had at a dental office I got a set of dentures made first time I went back in there they had to remake the top plate so I waited while they remade it when I got it had very little suction on roof of the mouth bottoms so loose turn 3/16th on my gum in my mouth tried to eat with them bit in to a piece of meat both plates out of my mouth so I started glueing them in had to use so much glue oh man it was just nasty🤢 both top and bottom glued in sold to a lot of glue yuke so I decided to go back one more time let them remedy the situation went in I was trying to be nice the doctor got in my face said that is the way the bottom fit loose flopping around they was trying to sell me implants I said I can't afford that ain't the way dentures are supposed to fit and that doctor looked at me right in my face and said you must not think I know what I am doing I said you don't it is pretty evident I got up right out of the chair and I tossed the dentures on the table behind her I said I want all the money back on these dentures my insurance company paid 1000.00 and I took out a loan on the rest of it for a total cost of 3538.00 and I am mad by this time I just want my money back I got in it she says Larry come on don't you want the teeth I said no I want my money back I got 2043.00 financed plus the payments on the teeth equals 288.60 some how they come up to 495.00 but anyway I have a 2pm appointment with financial advisor today I go to meet that financial advisor today guess who is waiting on me at the financial desk today that same doctor I had trouble with the day before she said look I got your refund for you she had everything but my payments I had made she said what payments and then she made it a point to tell me I could have a refund but she was going to send my insurance payment back to the insurance company well I called that same insurance company that said if she sends that money back here they will take it from you because all though I had this done in

[protected] I switched insurance 1-1-2024 so it was last years benefit but only 2,months old and she said as far as the loan goes they will take the money away from you before I am done just threatening me I guess all I want is to go some where else and get my teeth and she wanted me to sign that paper and I finally said before I sign any thing I want to talk to the insurance company cause I am responsible for the loan and the insurance money is my benefits for last year and that's where I left it

Claimed loss: 3538.00 dollars and still no teath

Desired outcome: I just want my dentures fitting right
