Went in Feb 2026, rec'd new upper denture, cracked within 3 months, had it re-done, which was wrong and had an argument with the man who makes the dentures in Granbury, TX, finally after 4 weeks rec'd my replacement. Here it is November and Yes, IT'S CRACKED AGAIN. I WANT TO ASK FOR A REFUND, HOW DO I DO THAT? YOUR DENTURES ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND YOUR PEOPLE ARE RUDE.

Claimed loss: Spent over $1300 and your dentures only last 3 months. I want my money back so I can go elsewhere and get a good denture made.

Desired outcome: A refund of my money for my top denture would be the only desired outcome. An apology from the man who makes them in the Granbury, TX office would be too little, too late. He was a total A**.
