I signed up a couple nights ago. My profile was fine, images were sfw, profile was short and to the point. I received a message from someone so checked the app.

Magically I was suspended. I received an email saying I was suspended for violating the terms. "Soliciting". Exactly where was I soliciting when I had been there for 5 minutes? I appealed it by email and got the dumbest response "permanently banned and the decision is final".

They don't even give you a chance to change anything in your profile to fix it if you happened to put something not allowed. Nothing in my profile is ILLEGAL.

With that data leak they had they should be thrilled they get anyone to sign up. They also absolutely will send mail to your house if you want a refund or by threatening you. Scam company, useless customer service.

They advertised for affairs and kink friendly. In the email they both twist my words into saying that's what i said the service is for. Everything in my profile was LEGAL. Nowhere did I offer to provide sex for money.

You need new customer service that understand what some people do outside their marriages and understand what is legal and what isn't.

Desired outcome: A freaking apology for calling me a prostitute using "terms of service" and to stop doing so to other women
