Hello I am david yoder and really liked your website and got some good out of this even tho for every 50 contacts I did, their was only 1 that was good and the rest were someone that was only there to make money, well here about a week ago I tried to log on and it wouldn't let me, my question is why was I kick off, I feel I should be known why did this happen, and how can I get on a website that are not so many women on there for only one reason, and that is to rib men off like me, thanks david

One minute I was in my account, signed out and 10 mins later tried to sign back in and it said my account had been suspended. Wow. WTF? No explanation. You can't call them. NO customer service.

I had to email them and I got an automated reply saying they'd be in touch in 5 days.

I have made several connections and was in the process of answering emails. Now, these guys will will think I was a bot. What kind of online site offers no immediate contact?

Been a paying male member for a few years and have to admit, since the Breech and hack, the site has way too many fake profile and scammers trolling the site. But this is the first time that I my account has been suspended and it really irks me. How do I get my money back. Certainly not any breaking of rules just reaching out and communicating with the robots and then seeing them disappear after a few back and forths.. I have been getting close

My account was possibly banned but my IP address was banned by Ashley Madison for no reason whatsoever no warning no explanation. I had no inappropriate encounters or conversations with anybody is not a fake profile or account in any way shape or form they were happy to take my money and now screw me over. I want all of my funds that I paid returned.

I have written a total of 7 emails concerning this problem.  I hope I can get satisfaction here.  My problem is this.  I put my account on hold a few months ago.  My user name was TALLDARKANDHANDSOME.  My password was ILOVECOPS2.  I had a total of 43 credits at the time.  I opened a different account later and I got down to my last 9 credits and they disappeared?  I looked at my credit usage and it said "Administrator 9 Credits".  What?  I guess it cost me 9 credits to contact Ashley Madison administration.  I want my 43 + 9  credits back!  I have gotten 0 responses since I have been emailing their "customer support".

I almost forgot.  Right after I made the request to reactivate my account, I filed a complaint with customer support  A copy inadvertently went to "pissed customer".  I did not give it to them.  After a while, there was a guy who called me who said he was from Ashley Madison.  He was a jerk.  Very rude and laughing at my predicament continuously.  I wish I could remember his name but he did nothing to help me.  He asked me to identify certain things on a picture divided into squares and then hung up on me. 

Since then, I've written another 6 times to Ashley Madison and I have yet to get a reply.  I'm hoping that you will be able to get them to reinstate the 52 credits.  It's not as if it is costing Ashley Madison anything.  The credits were already paid for!  I would appreciate your help.  Thieves. Thank you in advance. 

I was suspended from using this dating site without giving any warnings. I contacted customer service and let them know I thought I recognized what the issue was.

1. I changed my ZIP Code because I read tips after I signed up it said never to use your exact location or birthday because people can hunt you down

2. After receiving 360 messages in 48 hours, there's no way I had a chance to respond to all these. Once I learned that guys have to pay to send a message I felt bad and tried to filter people out by saying I wasn't going to open any emails that didn't have a photo and a personal message. I was going to assume it was just spam. Perhaps that was not the right word to use on my profile, but if AM had better filtering for receiving messages I wouldn't have felt the need to do that

3. I changed one of my photos to a cartoon version of myself. (ATTACHED) When the photo did not take right away I realized it probably was not within the terms of service so I deleted it and tried to change it right away. But the account still got suspended

4. The fourth option FYI I could have been suspended is it in my bio I made a joke about me being in the wine business. I spend a lot of time at fine dining restaurants and hotels restaurants because I sell wine. I didn't realize it was a word that was frowned upon, but I said hey I may spend a lot of time here, but lol, I'm not an escort I am a wine broker who meets with Chefs and Sommeliers. The operative word here is NOT. But obviously I bought will only pick up the offending word. Once I realize that, I changed it immediately

I signed up for ashley madison on Friday night. After being active on the site for two days I was rerouted to login while messaging someone. When I logged back in, I was told my account has been temporarily suspended. Not sure why...what could I have done after two days? I emailed them immediately and auto reply says they'll get back to me in 3-5 days.

I spent almost 100 bucks for credits and a week later I get banned. Refund me my money. I did nothing wrong and you just stole my money basically. I'm not okay with this situation. Something needs to happen with this or I will intact someone to see the best way to get my money back. I've read online several reviews and you did the same thing to them. Stop scamming people.

My profile is unaccessible now and IP address banned. I paid for service, and was only seeking a woman for mutual pleasure. An investigation into claims would be nice. I wasted enough money on this site just having to wade through fakes and prostitutes and now to be kicked off with zero reason? It's very frustrating, and at least hope it's lookedat

Everyone just stay away from this site. It's seriously a waste of time. First your messages are never in any order, their all jumbled together randomly. Could be having a conversation with someone and refresh the page and you have to refund the thread in messages. On top of that they always temporarily suspends your account randomly when all your doing is chatting, than never responds to their emails. The site is a joke and at this point i'd rather just get them to delete my account than wait for them to get off their [censored] and fix their stupid issues.

I signed up for Ashley Madison back in November of last year...I would sometimes hide my profile off and on the whole time I had been with Ashley Madison...I never did anything wrong, and was always respectful to the men who would contact me. Recently they suspended my account, and I emailed them and have not gotten a response, and I want answers and my account open immediately. They need to be exposed for this stuff they are doing. Curious as to why I was suddenly suspended. It is strange as l couldn't reply to people from their messages they sent me on the site for a few months and then suddenly I can't access the site at all. I tried to contact the site directly before I was suspended and no one replied to me regarding my inability to reply to people.
Is this the way they do business?

I created my first profile on July 21. That night, my account was temporarily suspended, no reason given. I sent a message to customer service. No response. On July 23 I created a new account and it was pending approval. I was receiving messages, but not able to respond. My session timed out and my new account was temporarily suspended. SO, I created another new account and it wouldn't even allow to to do that.

WTF?! I know I did nothing wrong. All I can think of is that some guy who felt burned because I wouldn't allow access to my private pics reported me for something false. OR - I was taking up all the attention from the other women. This site is proving to be a joke. However, the guys I talked to on the 14th had all already given me their Kik usernames, so the joke is on AM!

AM has banned my IP address for absolutely no reason. Plus I have credits on the account. I was using it then I tried to log back on and it shows that I'm banned. I have lent done anything wrong. Please rectify this situation ASAP

I've had an acount on ashleyMadison for a couple of months made several connections and have only met one person so far. I checked my email and was notified of messages sent to me on the website. So I opened the messages, responded to them and browsed a little be sending messages to some new people. I woke up this morning and my I.P. address has been banned with no warning and no notification as to why. I recently purchased 1000 points and now I can even use them.
Why was I banned?

I had used Ashley Madison for over a year and had successfully meet a couple of men. I decided to change my settings to cyber affair and my account got suspended the next day after I used the site more than usual. The only thing I can think of that I was doing out of the ordinary was requesting keys. After I got my account suspended, I created a new one within the hour with a different photo and an hour later it got suspended as well. What is their problem? In the past I kept receiving messages because I'm young, attractive, not a sugar baby, and I had a decent bio which should mean good business for them since men send me several messages per day. What is the point of even creating a new account if it gets suspended before it receives any visibility? I'm definitely going to look for alternatives. Site SUCKS and whatever policy they're enforcing by deleting women's accounts is clearly not good for them or anyone.
