ASC Warranty Will not cover a replacement engine

ASC sent an inspector which they should do so they see the issue at hand. ASC called and said that there was dirt ingestion. There is not any evidence of this being the issue, The side by side had a blow head gasket resulting in engine failure that they blamed on dirt ingestion so they could find a way not to pay for the customers engine. Vin# A7BS512M2LB005519 Contract # PS20346877 . Unit is at G&G Cycles since 12/20/2023

ASC Warranty Warranty benefits

AFC is refusing to uphold the warranty I purchased. I am being told different things by different reps from ASC. One rep says the issue with my vehicle is covered under warranty. Another said I have to drive the car 1000 miles for the warranty to become effective. And the other said I did not have the vehicle long enough for my warranty to be effective. I just wanted to understand why those details were not disclosed in the contract I signed. The contract only has an expiration date and/or miles the warranty will stay in effect.

Desired outcome: Uphold contract and warranty i purchased.

ASC Warranty AC blower motor

I purchased a 2008 f150 and got the ASC extended warranty.. The AC motor that blows air stopped working.. When I tried to have it fixed using my warranty ASC denied the claim stating it was not under warranty because it's "not under the AC system.. I tried escalating the call to management but there were no manager to talk to.. They flat-out said NO... What am I paying them for.. This issue is unresolved. I do not recommend this company..

ASC Warranty Motorcycle Warranty. They are declining repairs for ECU

I brought my bike in for a gasket repair on the weekend prior to when the warranty was going to expire. The expiration date was July 15th 2022. The repair was easy to determine because you could see oil leaking from the head gasket. A claim was made for the head gasket along with a claim for the radio. Once the bike was able to be put in the shop and looked at by a Mechanic, they have discovered more issues which was the ECU. They attempted to call and make a claim but they were denied and stated to the mechanic they would not cover it.

The bike was in the shop prior to the expiration date. My claim is that ASC should honor the warranty. The shop had not found the issue until the bike was able to get on the rack.

Desired outcome: The warranty to be honored and pay for the repair.

I spoke with a gentlemen by the name of Dan with ASC. He was very professional and explained that there has been some miscommunication in regards to the claim. He then proceeded to explain how the claim that was initially reported was misunderstood and that they would like to Honor the claim and apologized for the entire issue. I certainly appreciated his call to me and resolving the issue.

ASC Warranty Warranty

I purchased a truck from Car Connection in Everett WA in May of 2021. They talked me into a warranty, and all I received from them regarding the warranty wad a pamphlet saying what was covered, who to contact, etc. Turns on the dealership sold me a pile of crap, with a ton of problems. The engine threw a rod a little over 7 months after getting it. I contacted the warranty since it said engine work was covered, and found out I have to have ALL records of oil changes for the life of the truck, not just since I owned it. Since I didn't have those records prior to my ownership, they didn't honor the warranty. So I had to pay out of pocket for an engine. Shortly after, my transmission went out, and the electrical started to malfunction. Both items were said to be covered under my warranty. But still, they won't fix it. I'm paying for a truck that doesn't run, and a warranty that won't fix it. Huge waste of money.

Desired outcome: I want ASC to honor their warranty and fix the things on my truck they claim to under the package I have.

ASC Warranty Automotive Extended Warranty

Purchased a Ford F250 pickup from a dealer in August 2018 as a second vehicle and for hauling things when necessary. Because of this, we didn't drive it very much. When we purchased the vehicle, we also purchased a 3 year/36 month extended warranty. I drove the truck the other day and the AC was blowing hot and the drive shaft dropped out of it (carrier bearing). When I went to use my warranty, ASC is telling me that these things could have been wrong with the vehicle when I purchased it and that I didn't drive it enough to know, so now they are not going to cover it. This is a scam! Do not buy this extended warranty!

The warranty company sent out an inspector and said that they could have gone either way on the decision resulting from the inspection but decided to go ahead and cover the repairs with no deductible.

ASC Warranty platinum drivetrain asc warranty

I purchased a vehicle from a dealer who offered ASC Warranty, I additionally went along with the platinum drivetrain along with the total care coverage which should match factory type coverage. They stated that its pre existing condition and denied the claim, then when i asked them how they verify a pre existing condition they told me to hold on and then told me that my vehicle isnt covered. Which one is it? Additionally reading prior reviews i took a chance on ASC. However just as everyone said its a scam and they just want your money.

ASC Warranty car repair that falls within the guideline of warranty agreement

I purchased ASc warranty contract when i purchased a 2009 AuDi s5. IT was a 1700.00
2yr. service warranty that covered engine
& tranny & upon purchase there was nothing said or writtin as to a cost Limit that
w0uld be imposed on me in the event my car would need future repairs.
Recently my car broke down & i would laTer be informed by audi of Concord ca. that my car would need extensive expensive repairs.
So when audi of concord notified aSc pf this situation, aSc baiLed out & told them my plan only covers a 3000.00 Limit in repairs & the totaL cost parts & Labor wouLd be over 9000.00. How can a plan that cost me almost 2000.00 onLy be covered 3000.00. This is an insuLt & there was no explanation of this in the contract & why wouLd anyone pay 2000.00 for onLy a coverage of 3000.00. Thats only a thousand doLLar diffr. Whats the use of a warranty if there only going to pay 1/3 of the repair cost & not even that if u deduct the cost of the pLan itseLf. It would then be onLy about a tenth of the cost
I beLieve asC is being very deceptive in their practices & deaLings with customers & it seems that they are deliberately mishandling & manipuLating cLaims.

ASC Warranty coverage

Absolute worst company. Will try any excuse to not pay your claim. Stay as far away from this warrenty company as you can. I purchased a car and there warrenty 4 days later I had coolant system problems that under my contract are covered. There reason prexisting condition clause. The car drove fine and had no leaks when I purchased it. I checked. So take my advice all they want is your money.

ASC Warranty extended service contract

Absolutely the worst! They have no desire to take of the customer. I guess when your too big the little guy doesn't matter. Your risk department needs a purging. Bring in a whole new team that can understand and take care of your clients needs. This has nothing to do with a claim or unpaid claim. This has to do with the fact you wouldn't honor your word and stand behind what you preach. I'm very disappointed in the lack of effort to solve this. I will make sure I'm heard and you feel the effect of what happens to those who mistreat.

ASC Warranty car warranty

My touchscreen started having issues with the liquid crystals in it cracking and made the screen unclear. They first tried to tell me that they didn't cover it cause it was audio and navigation, untrue. Its maintenance, trip odometer, warnings, navigation, bluetooth, fuel economy, and more so obvious its not just the two controls they tried to say it controls. I sent pictures and argued back and forth with multiple people from this company. They then changed their story to not being covered cause it did not have hvac in it, wth? It didn't say that anywhere in the contract for new car exclusionary factory like coverage that it had to have hvac, so then their reason for not covering it was from an impact. Not true! Bs! The damage on it came on the screen after temperature went below freezing. No one drives or sits in that car but me. It was not impacted. I work for a warranty company myself and have for 5 years and every rep from my administrators would have covered it, however, I bought it from asc cause I bought the car from my friend who is a car dealer and offered me the coverage for 300 cheaper from asc than my price thru dealers alliance or one of our admins. Cheaper isn't better this is proof. Asc is just bad business and now that I have had this problem I hear a lot of people telling me bad reviews about asc/route 66. Spread the word people... Do not buy extended warranty from this company. Not saying other company's are bad cause I have other cars with warranties from other companies I am happy with, but, as far as asc waste of money. Funny thing is they started out with one reason why they wouldn't cover it then went to different reason in the end, which is it? I will write reviews and spread word fast. I sell warranties if anyone wants a good warranty contact me I
Deal with only the best that pay, have been in business since 1977 a+ with bbb, 97 percent approval on claims and great customer service!

I had a great experience with ASC warranty because they were very friendly and willing to help me.
It took less time than I expected to complete my auto claim. The staff was very pleasant, informative and easy to work with.
I especially had a great Customer experience with ASC Staff member - Jessica. She was amazing !
I would recommend ASC Warranty to my family, friends, colleagues, neighbors, etc.

I bought a New 2016 Trax - My car now has 40, 000 miles and the volume control in the steering wheel went out. They are telling me its the radio and it's not covered. WHen I bought the extended warranty I was told it was bumper to bumper and it covered everything. Paid extra for the best one and they will not cover this! I'm about to lose it on these people. This isn't right. It should be covered under electrical!

ASC Warranty refund amount on cancellation of contract

I Purchased this extended warranty thinking it was a good idea Plan 2 DELUXE $2300.00 on 4/15/2016. Have had issues with the Jeep but nothing is covered. Decided to cancel they asked for a notorized Odometer reading along with letter of why I wish to cancel. Did all this 6/9/2017. Received a letter to call the dealership for refund, called and was told refund will be $1093.10, so what did they use my other $1206.90 for? Stamps? Answering the phone to tell me No nothing is covered? Wow! Unacceptable. They say its based on the miles you have put on the vehicle 3180 miles in over a year! Hmmmm sounds like a big problem! My advice DO NOT GET THE EXTENDED!

ASC Warranty drivetrain "plus" coverage

I purchased a 2006 honda odyessy 5/10/2017. I was told about the warranty through asc and I didn't want it at first, they said I have 10 days to decide if I want to purchase it. So after talking to my family they suggested it would be a very good option. So on the 20th I opted to get the warranty. Paid my down payment. Well on the 23rd (now owning the car for 13 days) I broke down 100 miles from my house. The mechanic said it looks to be the transmission. This morning I call asc. They tell me that I haven't put enough miles on the car and this is to be considered "a pre existing condition" what the heck is that? Its a car. So he tells my since I have only put less than 500 miles on it, they wont cover it. That it is the car dealers responsibility. The asc warranty says it covers right away and no deductible. So what am I paying for? This is such a scam. Don't fall for it! Wish I would have researched a little more I would not have paid for this

ASC Warranty asc warranty refund

Requested refund on refinanced vehicle via email on October 6, 2016. I reached out to the person of contact, Pamela Bright. She received a letter she stated ASC has determined that due to $1203.99 being paid out in claims on the policy and their cancellation percentages that there is no refund due. I purchased the agreement over a year ago for $1, 800.00 and I was told that I would receive a refund, because of the agreement percentage that I have not use to the life of my loan. I should be getting back between $1, 125.00 to $1, 200.00
Svc Agreement Number: B -[protected]. Refinanced my 2003 Ford Mustang GT on September 28, 2016.
Pamela sent me a copy of the letter from ASC Warranty that stated: We are Reimbursing $0.00 our refundable portion of the amount received based on the percentage used of 53.00% less claims paid of $1203.99 and cancel fee of $25.00. Our records indicate your unearned pro-rata commission was $0.00. Please return $0.00 to: And this was it on the letter. I purchased the warranty to cover the items that was on my agreement, I did not purchase the agreement to be liable for their coverage portion. I still had time on my warranty and would like my refund. Even the fiancé company I had my vehicle with finds this disturbing.

ASC Warranty products not worth the purchase

I bought a 2004 beetle VW. When I bought the car I was demanded to but the extended warranty. But the day came that I needed this warrany Co.. and needed the free 24/7 towing thats suppose to come with it. It was not honored. They claimed that the mechanic shop put something in the system and would not tow me, In AZ heat, in the desert of 115F! I had to call my 89 year old grandfather to come so i could hookup the car and get towed in. The warrany package is not worth it at all... nothing under it can be used ASC uses excuses to get out of the situation to not pay a dime. They are a rip off and need to be put out of business

ASC Warranty auto warranty

I recently bought a 2010 ford f150 with less than79000miles. the asc sign in show room states "inspected protected dealer certified vehicle." I purchased the "factory like warranty 3yrs 36000mi" are there specific places/service centers to take vehicle for repair and was told any where just have to call to get authorization. 2 weeks after purchase the a/c compressor failed/ and transmission was making a terrible noise shudder. called asc and asked if a local ford dealer was ok for service. the rep said yes. dropped my truck off at ford dealer to have repaired after having verbal approval. it has been 2 weeks and my truck has not been paid for by asc for the a/c, the dealer that I bought the truck from claims that I should use their transmission shop to do the work. my warranty does not say that and as I stated before the dealer told me I could take it anywhere just have to call first. when I called the rep he told me that the truck was not certified, the sign in the show says it was. everyone gives me the run around from saying that the do not pay to "refurbish a vehicle" I got that but they insured a used certified vehicle. a/c compressor failing is not refurbishing and the torque converter failure is not refurbishing. should not have to explain but that refurbishing includes repairing so how can you repair? oh yea just to note you pay for diagnostics, for dealer is $140 now I have to take some place else to have fixed and pay another diagnostic.

ASC Warranty I got email that I owed money for the credit

I got the email from ASC INC that I owed them money. The sum was large from my point of view. It was mentioned that I have owed them about $3, 000. WTF? I have returned money for my credit. I replied that they made mistake and waited for the reaction from the rep. But he has sent me the same email and threatened as well. I was shocked to get it and I thought to call to the police. Do I need to do it or not?

ASC Warranty Loan modification denial

I work very hard to maintain my family and I don't want to loose my property, it cost me a lot of efforts to buy this house, also ASC have an schedule sale date on January 5 of 2015, I tried to modified my mortgage, and they don't give me any option to keep my property, they denied the modification because they say I did not provide them with a valid documents, they don't give me any detail breakdown about the denial.
Also I attached the proof of my documents requested by them.

ASC Warranty They continued to send fake emails that I owed them money

I got the email from the company ASC Cash Advance that I owed them about $900. The provided loans and I already returned them money for mine, so their email was scam. I replied and told that I paid everything several weeks ago, but these jerks continued to send these fake emails and impossible to stop them. I’m really sick of it, I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
