I have been refueling at the ARCO gas station, that is located on Mariposa Road; in Victorville, CA. for over 10-years; now, and recently; I have been having trouble with getting my change back from the Cashiers/Attendants. One Cashier; named Ulices is blatant about keeping any and all coins, and has withheld almost a quarter in change from me... a few pennies here, a nickel there. Then on April 23, 2021 between 12:43 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. another new Cashier (Hispanic male) questioned me; as to why I wanted 22-cents in change back from my fill up. I paid $15.00 dollars, and I ended up only needing $14.78 in gas, so I went into the ARCO on Mariposa Road, to get my change, and in an almost seemingly mocking tone; the man behind the counter asked me why I wanted my 22-cent, and stated that it's only 22-cents. I do not appreciate this behavior. How do I know, that he's not pocketing this change, and making a profit off of customers?

Desired outcome: Either spoken to regarding keeping customers' change or removed.
