ARCO review: Bad gasoline

I filled up my tank of gas on July 6, 2020. On 7/9/2020, I was driving to work, when the car started sputtering, I was able to pull & the car stopped. I had to have it towed to Valley Kia Dealership in Fontana, the car is 2 years old, 2018 Kia Soul, & still under warranty. They had the car for 5 days so I had to rent a car. The mechanic at Valley Kia in Fontana determined it was bad gasoline & even sent me pictures of the gas. The last place I got gas was at Arco in Menifee, CA. The dealership drained the tank, took pictures & I was charged $706.29 for damage that the gas created in the engine. I also had to rent a car at $286.37. Since the damage was caused by bad gas from Arco I am asking for Arco to reimburse me the amount of $992.66.
