Arby's review: customer service

I am complaining about an employee named zoila lepez-cedillos I have never met someone so rude in my life she was rude to customers to her employees who are doing nothing wrong I've been going to the store for a long time and I love the employees there but as soon as she started working here she has been attacking them verbally calling them names and treating them like they're stupid some of them have been there for over a year I have good relationships with all of the employees there but since you started there they are not allowed to talk to customers they are not allowed to bag their own food if one's front line they're not allowed to leave to go bag their own food it is disappointing to see such a terrible boss working with such amazing employees I hope someone helps the poor employees that are working with her.
