Arby's review: Refund and why so many mistakes in one order

When I am Owasso Ok. Store we pick up lunch and eat on the way home. Never had a problem before. But today 4/26/2023
I ordered the largest roast beef sandwich with nothing on it. Fry and medium coke. I got a small roast beef, curly fry instead of regular fries. And the medium coke ended up a small one. Next the pecan salad sandwich was right. But my french dip I ordered with lettuce and tomatoes was cold and no Aujus for dipping and a small coke instead of medium. That cost 29.04 the only one who enjoyed her meal was my sister who had the pecan salad sandwich. Don’t know if it was someone in training or just didn’t care. Also we wanted onion rigs said we don’t sale them. That is something we always buy. I would like to know why this happened so we can figure out if will buy from there again
