Arby's review: Manager-service

Order by manager. Only counter customer, long wait, charged dine in for to go, no ice, 3 other gentlemen came in and after a while were told I am not taking orders, they asked another employee to help and the manger said I will take your order now. One said jokingly no ice, no service and she then said I am not taking your order now and told them to leave. Fries were cold, hush puppy fish OK, I did not bother getting a warm sprite. I have never ever made complaint online anywhere and will avoid this location.
