Arby's spoiled food

I treated my family to Arby's tonight. We went through the drive through and purchased 3 philly sub meals. When we got home and started to eat, we couldn't. finish our sandwiches, they not only smelled bad, but tasted like they were taken out of the trash--that is they tasted spoiled. We through it away and the dog just finished off over $20 of food, I hope we don't get sick. If we do, they will here about it. Arby's--what the heck have you done?

Arby's bad customer service

I went to Arbys in Lagrange Ga and I received the worst customer service ever and I am a regular customer. Not only that my food was extra cold and I had to pay for sauce. After that terrible visit I have to think twice bout going back.

Arby's bad service & food

I went thru the drive thru and as I was pulling away I noticed I did not have my medium fries. I drove back around and waited in line over 5 minutes before getting to the window. When i showed my receipt and said I didn't get my fries, I was told "Yes you did because my manager checked your order himself. I handed her all the bags and asked her to show me where they were. She said - "every time you come through here, you say you're missing something". This is true - because every time I go there my oprder is always either wrong or incomplete. I asked her if she was calling me a liar and a thief. She gave me a look that verified this is what she meant. The manager came to the window and gave me my fries begrudgingly and the cashier said "This is the last time you will get something you say you didn't get."
In other words - THEY ARE THE THIEVES! They will take money but will not give you what you paid for and then accuse you of cheating. I had an order totalling nearly $30. I paid $1.99 for the medium fries they accused me of stealing. For anyone to even think such a thing - much less - say it - is inexcusable.
Then, by the time I got back w/ everyone's food - it was cold, greasy, lacking in meat and packed very sloppily. I want restitution for the food, my time and the humiliation I waqs caused by their accusation.
Who do I contact?

Whatta parasite. If ya had any sense you should just pull the fries out and pitch em into the back seat while they aint lookin and THEN tell em before you pull off "Hey..you! You forgot my fries!" Then, you get two orders for one...that's...a FREEBIE! If it don't work, just go to the store and buy a whole bag of em on the EBT of yours and cook em up yerself and quit aggravating people who work for a living.
Arby's fries are horrible anyway. I don't know how anybody could eat those salty bready things.

Arby's feeling short changed...

I went through the drive through at the Arbys on Vista Dr in West Des Moines one night. I ordered a meal which came up to $6.14, so i proceeded to pay with a $20 bill and a dime and nickel. The kid gave me my food and i didnt even think about it and went home. When i got there i realized that the kid had not givin me my change back, so i drove back to the store and let them know that i hadnt received my change. The kid proceeds to say “oh yeah i didnt give u your change” Sorry about that” I say no big deal i just want my money back thats all. The manager says i will have to count my drawer before i can hand any money out, which i reply thats fine i understand.

He comes back after about a half hour wait and tells me sorry i counted the drawer twice and my drawers not short, i cant do anything for u. Im like what? The kid just stood there and told u he didnt give me my change… He says u can call my boss if u want and i reply i dont want any problems, i simply want my change back so i can go home.

So the next day i call and ask for the manager, i explain the situation and the girl was real nice. She tells me she will call her boss and call me back. So she does and says her boss told her that the drawer wasnt off, once again there is nothing they can do for me! I was like, u dont have to do anything for me except give me my money back…thats all i want! I know its only $14 But its my $14 and i need it for gas to get back and forth to work this week. I dont feel as if im being unreasonable here do you?

Arby's blood

I went threw the drive threw and ordered a sandwich, fries, and a drink. I paid for it, and than I received my food. Five to Ten minutes later I finally received my drink from the drive threw. I grabbed my drink from the top and placed it in the cup holder in my truck, and drove off. Once home which is only 3 miles down the road, I found dripping blood all over the bottom of the cup. After going back to the restaurant, and getting No where with the employees or manager I called another store and was directed to file a complaint online. after several days I was contacted by there district manager. I had 2 blood test and both where negative of anything. I than called there Insurance company and nothing happen afterwards. Still have the Picture of the cup that I would like to make public and see what they have to say about that. [protected]@yahoo.com

My husband and I stopped at Arby's in Norfolk, Ne. and ordered a Jamocha Shake. We had them before, and were quite good. We got our shakes and were on our way. They both tasted like a vanilla shake. Very disappointed . We would appreciate a coupon for two shakes, and hopefully would get a good jamocha shake. Thank you. rjeisenhauer@gpcom.net

Arby's - convicted violent felon working in restaurant

Just around Christmas time in 2011, me & several family members walked into the Arby's restaurant on Wheeling Ave. in Muncie, Indiana. Before we even got to the counter, I noticed an employee working there that's a convicted felon. We turned right around & left because this is the man that beat my daughter black & blue from head to toe. His name is Seth...

Arby's what I wanted was not available again

I have been to this Arby's location several times and every time I am there they NEVER have Cherry Turnovers. I have been there at different times of the day and they still do not have them. I am tired of trying to get something on their menu and being told, "Sorry but we are out of them at this time." If they are going to have them on their menu then they should have them available. They know how popular they are and therefore should have plenty of them on hand.

Arby's upsetting matter

I was in the Arby's in Edinburgh, Indiana on December 17, 2011. We had two separate orders. My mama got her order correctly. I however did not get my order correctly I was missing my chicken sandwich it was only a dollar and some change, but that was not the point. When I called the store back a few minutes later I asked the associate why I did not get my sandwich she told me well it was not ready. I said well why didn't you tell us that before we drove away. She was quiet and I said hello do you have an answer and she told me well it was just not ready yet. So I was very upset even though it was just a sandwich it is the principle of the matter. The associate did not have to be rude, but she was and that was the problem. If she would have just told us that it was not ready yet then everything would have been fine.

I just would like to know that Arby's does not stand by customer service and them being treated in a way that is not necessary. The associate did not even apologize which is what I did not understand. I just hope this matter is taken care of as soon as possible.
THANKS

Arby's meatless sandwich

Ordered an Angus Cool Deli Sub, three times this fall they have gotten it wrong, either missing the veggies or give me a angus philly instead but today took the cake! drove all the way back to work sit at my desk to eat and open the sandwich and its meatless! how can you forget the meat! SERIOUSLY! no roast beef. Had to leave work to take it to them since they weren't answering there phone and there response was laughter and to make a new sandwich.. and my only compensation was an offer of a turn over.. seriously... you suck! So today begins my 1 year boycott of the Arbys chain! Huge disappointment!

Arby's salad not as advertised

Ordered a farmhouse salad with crispy chicken today at the drive through. When I got back to work I opened the bag and the salad had about half the amount of chicken as it usually does. There was also very little bacon and no carrots. I have been going to this arny's for a long time and this is the first time I have been disappointed. I called the number on my receipt to complain (Something I very rarely do) and they apologized and asked if I was in the area... I guess for me to come back to make it right. I did not have time to go back to make it right. It should have been right when it was handed to me. Not returning there for a very long time. They made now attempt to make it up to me on my next visit.

Arby's they really piss me off & waste my time

I signed up earlier in the year for Arby's internet coupons. They seem to emerge approximately every month. The problem is every Arby's restaurant I try to redeem the coupons in the Toronto region ie. Brampton & Toronto proper, state they do not honour any Arby's coupons at all! What is the point of printing off the monthly Arby's coupons & being told at their restaurant locations that they "do not honour any Arby's coupons"!

I tried their most recent on-line coupon for a free fries & soft drink with a buy of a "2 sandwiches for $5.00 deal", valid until Aug. 29th, 2010, and went to the Arby's location in Yorkdale Mall. I was told by the server they do not honour any Arby's coupons! What is incorrect with the company?

Why offer internet coupons none of their stores will honour in the Toronto region? I give up on Arby's coupons & Arby's in general!

They really piss me off & waste my time!

Arby's employee activity

I have been to this restaurant several times and the service and cleanliness was outstanding. Tonight I went here and the place was full of garbage on the floors and counters. The person that waited on me eventually went to the dining area and was breifly cleaning. Twice this man was returning to the area behind the counter and not once but twice jumped up on the front counter with his shoes on and landed behind the counter, rather than go around and use the door. The date was [protected] the store was #7862 the person who did this is named Ian my order number was #168. If you were to watch the video tape at 7:53PM you would see this shortly afterward. I will most likely never visit Arby's again. [protected]@yahoo.com

I took my family to Arby's on Monday, Feb 16. It was a choice between Chic-Filet or Arby's. Arby's won . I ordered the five melt for 5.55. When we got to the table, we could hardly find any meat. There were a few slices smothered in cheese. When I approached the two girls at the counter, they told me that's how much goes on it. I've been to plenty other Arby's and I know what to expect. I was ripped off. I guess chic-filet will win next time.

Arby's common sense

The following is a letter I wrote to the manager of this Arby's location in Calgary. I have heard absolutely nothing from anyone at this restaurant to rectify the situation, so am following through on my promise to let others know what they can expect from this restaurant on 16th Avenue NW Calgary:

"Arby's is grounded in the belief that every individual has the power to make a difference. As a corporate citizen we feel it is our responsibility to be an active participant in improving the quality of life of the people and communities we serve." This is a quote I found on the Arby's website. Arby's seems very proud to be able to make such a statement, and appears eager to stand by its principles and ensure that its restaurants represent these fully.

Having both family and friends nearby, I have been to your Arby's location on many occasions, and have always been happy with the service, product and experience received there. What happened to me the evening of May 6th, however, has left me with a different perception of your restaurant. That evening, immediately after learning I had a flat tire, I parked my vehicle in your parking lot. Despite being a patron of your restaurant on many occasions, a friend and I had planned to go to Earl's this time for dinner before attending a show at the Jubilee. The only available spot to park on the entire block was in your lot, so I had to park there to prevent further damage to my vehicle, for our own safety, and for the safety of the public. Because of the way the other vehicles in the lot were parked, I was only able to park over two spaces instead of just one. I immediately began working toward a solution for my flat tire, and in the end, registered for an AMA membership so that my problem could be resolved as soon as possible. I was advised by AMA to call them back after the performance to begin dealing with the tire, since I had already purchased tickets for this show.

I contacted AMA again right after the performance, once we walked back from the Jubilee. A tow truck was there and looking for my vehicle. When we led him to where I had parked it, you can imagine our shock when we saw that it was no longer there. The AMA driver, my friend and I considered what might have happened to my vehicle. The AMA driver told us that it would be very highly unlikely that it would have been impounded since it had only been in that location for a few hours by this time. He did say that this was an area where criminal activity can and often does occur, but not until late at night, and so having left my vehicle there in broad daylight and before dinner time would not justify suspicion of foul play of any type. He said there should be no reason for anyone to call to have it towed. Since he deals with similar situations every day, I trust he knows what he's talking about. Before reporting it stolen to the police, the driver offered to call and confirm with the impound lot that my vehicle was not there. My friend and I decided to go into Arby's to inquire if anyone there knew anything about what happened to my vehicle. When I asked the supervisor, he looked extremely uncomfortable and told us that it had been towed. There was ticketing done of vehicles in the lot, but mine was the only one towed since it "looked abandoned". We were in disbelief. How could my vehicle look abandoned? It was clean, in good shape, had a Bluetooth ear piece in the console, cased liquor to be returned in the back, and a child's booster seat and videos in the middle row, all in plain view. This does not constitute a vehicle that has been abandoned. Given the flat tire, the only reasonable assumption to be made would be that it had a flat, and that the driver needed to park it however possible to ensure the safety of the driver, the passenger (who might well have been a child as young as a toddler), other drivers, their passengers and passersby (who could have been you, your staff and/or your customers). My vehicle was towed exactly one hour after I parked it, hardly indicating that any action was warranted for its removal from your lot. The supervisor might have made more accurate observations, and then made a decision based on simple common sense and more probable assumptions.

No apology was offered to us for having misjudged the situation or for making the call to have my vehicle impounded. I informed this supervisor that I would be contacting you to follow up on this situation, and that if not satisfied, I would ensure that others knew of the type of treatment they can expect from this Arby's.

The AMA driver confirmed that my vehicle was at the impound lot, but only a limited amount of time was left to get there, have the tire changed, and complete the paper work to retrieve my vehicle. The sensible and kind driver gave us both a ride to this location since we had no other vehicle to use. He did not charge us for this ride, as to do so would not have been using common sense in this situation. Otherwise, we might have had to take a taxi to get to the impound lot, likely costing $50 or more. Had we not made it there in time, I might have had to spend an additional $100 or more to get home for the night, and then back to the impound lot in the morning to deal with this unfortunate event. Imagine if my passenger had been the child who regularly uses the car seat that was in my vehicle. Traffic closures prevented us from arriving as quickly as we had hoped, and so we had to detour, making it take longer to get there with very little time to begin with. Ultimately and luckily, all was complete before they closed for the night after we left.

I do appreciate that people make mistakes and that they are likely to learn from them. Be that as it may, I should not have had to endure what I did, nor the cost involved, as a result of a poor call by your staff member. In addition to my time, this poor decision cost me $159.23. Please advise me when I can collect my cheque for this amount, as I expect to be compensated for this expense. If this is not resolved in 7 days, I am fully prepared to contact local media, the Better Business Bureau, Arby's, etc. to share my experience with them. Thank you for taking the time to consider righting this wrong.

My eyes glazed over after the first few hundred words of whiny, sniveling, victim mentality. From the comments, I gather you dumped your car in TWO SPOTS in Arby's parking lot because, as you whined, there were no spots anywhere else, then you went to dinner elsewhere, then a show elsewhere, and the meanie poopoo heads at Arby's held you accountable for your poor life choices so now you want them to pay your way in life?

As a member of the "local media, " I can assure you you will be heavily mocked everywhere you turn. We work hard to deliver quality, ACCURATE news and we don't appreciate self-absorbed ###s feeling entitled to use us to dig them out of the messes they create of their own sorry lives.

Your pathetic what-ifs that never happened and are completely irrelevant to your sniveling pity party are clear proof that even you realize the truth on its own isn't going to get you any freebies.

You were towed immediately because Arby's is tired of entitled ###s like you crowding their parking lot on show nights and watched you DOUBLE PARK then walk off their property without buying so much as a junior roast beef sandwich.

Time to man up, or woman up, and own your ###! If you actually have a driver's license, you're plenty old enough to take some responsibility for your actions.

Private property and parking laws are often misunderstood, but in a nutshell, your vehicle can be impounded by a property owner or their agent if:

•You park your vehicle on any person's private property without permission, or in a handicap space, and leave your vehicle for even a minute.
•You park in a manner that obstructs a fire lane, dumpsters, or an access point.
•You park your vehicle at night in a "public" parking lot not designated for overnight parking.
•You park your vehicle in any marked parking space in a "public" lot that you do not specifically have rights to, such as in employee parking at an office building, or a "reserved" space at the gym, or a numbered tenant parking space at an apartment complex.
•You park your vehicle in any parking lot posted as private, or for paid parking only, without permission.
•You park or leave your vehicle for more than 48 hours anywhere you don't have permission. (this is considered abandoning a vehicle, and is unlawful in Alaska.) This includes the side of the road.

I'm sure if you asked the manager if you could leave your vehicle there they would have understood, but they had no idea who owned the vehicle. Maybe you could have also left a note. Not sure how they will respond, but really they did nothing wrong.

Arby's vanesha wright

I recently went into arby's and ordered several combos in those combos my curly fry boxes were half filled when I asked the manager{Vanesha} to please fill my fry boxes she told me no. I then asked her to either fill the boxes or please return my money, she refunded my money for the fries. When I go into Arby's and Cj or Earlene are there I never seem to have a problem. It's getting to the point that before I go to Arby's I call to make sure that Vanesha is not there. When she is there she yells at the other co-workers in front of customers and other crew members. She is always on her personal cell phone yelling at whoever she is talking to while customers are at the counter ordering. When I go into Arby's for breakfast and she opens she always leaves the store with only one person running both inside and drive -thru. When I come in during the evening hours and she is there she will be sitting down reading a book and then she will get up to take your order. Myself and many of my friends that go to Arby's daily feel as if something should be done about the way she runs the store. With her atittude Arby's will lose the customers who have come to Arby's for years.

Arby's coupons

May 31, 2011 I visited Arbys to purchase dinner for my family using a coupon that was for 4 regular roast beef sandwiches for $5. Which you could purchase up to 20 in multiples of 4. So I purchased 16. The cashies took my money and as my order was being made the manager came out and said she would not honor the coupon. She said it pisses her off that Arbys sends out coupons so that they can loose money. She then told me that she would let me have one set of 4/$5. I told her that would not feed my family and she said "Too bad, I guess you will have to go somewhere else." She is so worried about loosing money over coupons, not thinking how much money she is going to loose by not accepting those coupons and telling people to go elsewhere. I will never go there to eat again. And considering that is the only Arbys with in 80 miles I guess I will not be eating at Arbys ever again. But I guess loosing one customer out of a billion is no big deal.

If the manager doesn't want to accept coupons, then she she have informed her employees of that . It wasn't just that she didn't accept the coupons, it was her rude way of communicating that to her customer. I would think, in this economy, with so many businesses closing, managers would encourage business, not repress it with a snotty attitude. If you have a pleasant experience at an eatery, then you will go back, thus giving the business much needed customers. By rude and not honoring the coupons, she just lost a customer, and more once she informs her friends and family living in that area the treatment she received; the fast food establishment will loose more. The customer obviously has a huge family, and next time he/she feeds the family they will go elsewhere.

The other day I was in Trader Joe's shopping, and I inquired with a employee where the bathroom was. She rudely ignores me to chat with her friend while in public view, gossiping about another employee. I doubt I will ever go back to that Trader Joe's, because of the rude, unhelpful, unprofessional way I was treated. Instead, I will go to another grocery store that I was treated better. It might be father away, but why would I give my business to a place that hires rude employees, that cannot stop gossiping and answer a simple question? Employees represent the store, and their behavior reflects on the business. I would think with so many people desperate for a job, that most places would hire employees with a work ethic and can act in a professional manner while at work. I am a patron of Walmart, and I have always been treated professional by the employees there. Some are even helpful with the romance novels I read and told me ways to save even more money, or how to save more on pet care products! I don't blame them... Screw places with rude employees, spend your money were it is appreciated!

Arby's plastic in sandwich

My grandson was eating a ham and cheesse sandwich when he began to choke. He kept trying to cough whatever out and upon investigating there was a long stringy piece of plastic caught in his throat that had been in the sandwich. A finger sweep in the mouth was able to hook it and pull it out.

Arby's general service

I went into Arbys #0933, Indianapolis, In and the mangament staff was horrible! I came in with my children ordered and sat down. All was well, until i heard laughing and foul language from the back. I assume it was some highschool kids, and kept eating. Our order was wrong so i had to take it up to the counter. That manager on duty turned out to be my foul mouth laughing highschool employee. This AMANDA did not seem to have time for me while i watched her talk. And then when she listened to my complaint she seemed annoyed. She turns around and gets on her phone TEXTING! while i continued to waite for my correct order. i was shocked Mostly because this behavoir was from the Managment itself the younger employees around her seemed to have more sense. You need more responsible managment.
