Do not use arangrant
Terrible company! We booked two tickets from SFO to Entebbe on Turkish Air through Arangrant in March 2023. Our trip wasn't until November. Numerous flight time changes - I kept getting emails with update from Arangrant & Turkish Air. I thought all was fine until, two weeks before our flight, I called Turkish Air with a luggage question. They told me that our tickets weren't valid, since Arangrant hadn't updated our tickets with the last schedule change. We couldn't fly. Panicked, I called Arangrant. One of their agents messaged me back saying that the problem was fixed. I had a confirmation and ticket numbers. With this information I went to Turkish Air's website and tried to access our booking. Again, the booking came up as invalid. Turkish Air told me that while we had tickets, Arangrant hadn't attached them to our booking. Basically our tickets didn't have owners. We only had standby tickets. I was really upset, called Arangrant, who said they would have a supervisor get back to me. She did, saying that she spoke to turkish Air and that our booking would be reinstated. But apparently only one leg of a four leg flight was reinstated. The supervisor disappeared, answering neither phone calls or emails. Days went by - I was told repeatedly to wait 24 hours, they were working on it, etc. Then the DAY BEFORE our flight, we got a message from Arangrant that Turkish air refused to reinstate our tickets. We were going nowhere. We did get our tickets refunded by Arangrant (I did this by disupting the charge with my credit card company). But with 24 hours to go, I had to book new tickets, on another airline, which were insanely expensive at the last minute. Arangrant is blaming Turkish Air, saying they "refused" to reinstate the tickets. But how did the tickets get cancelled in the first place when we had confirmed reservations? It's because Arangrant screwed up, dragged us along for two weeks while they supposedly tried to fix it, our tickets got sold to someone else, and we were left with nothing.
Recommendation: Avoid this company - they will screw you
Spammed to death
If you ever provided them your personal information, they will send you constantl text messages, phone calls and emails for unrequested travel indefinitely. I even tried to call them to stop. Failed. Now I get emails from Hertz. b anthony. s from Arangrant, etc.. You know these are fake account. You call them and they will say, "ahh sorry, I will tell my colleague to stop calling you." Their business is not just deceptive, they will violate your do not call and unsubscribe requests and hoping to trick you to buy from them.
Do not use them!
I think all these reviews are completely fake and paid for!
Learn from my mistakes! Do not use this company! They will be incredibly unhelpful, and they sell unethical tickets that WILL cause you trouble!
Their business class tickets are also semi fraudulent. They won't give you free luggage, or lounges, so you're really only paying for your seat, not the whole experience. I booked a flight from London to San diego, my first flight was a fraudulent business class ticket, I had to paid for my baggage, no lounge use, no priority. My second leg was economy with zero upgrades or anything included.
If you have to contact customer good luck. They didn't return my calls for 3 days, and their support staff were international and couldn't understand my issue. Instead they were agressive and unhelpful and hung up on me multiple times. I wanted to cancel my second flight but they couldn't because it was part of my first flight, even though I had a 20 hour layover. When I called, the customer service rep was rude and dismissive.
Seriously, I don't know how anyone has had a good experience. I think all these reviews must also be fraudulent.
Recommendation: Not a full scam, but a partial scam absolutely
Unethical and unprofessional company to deal with
My advice is to stay clear of this company. Unprofessional lot of sales and service people with schemes on the "business class upgrade" which is nothing but an elaborate con.
I booked a premium economy ticket from Glasgow UK to Houston USA via their website and once this was done, I was continuously hounded by calls from their sales team with offers to upgrade my ticket to business class for free. Though I turned down their initial calls, eventually I relented and agreed for a free upgrade and then the ticket was issued with Glasow-Houston-Miami-Kingston Jamaica. I never asked for this and when I called them for clarification on the additional flights from Houston to Miami and Kingston Jamaica, their advice was to take the Glasgow-Houston and forfeit the Miami - Kingston route.
This sounded very fishy but I got email and verbal confirmation from their sales agent that this was perfectly OK and everything was confirmed.
However on the day of the travel, I was denied boarding at Glasgow UK as ARAN GRANT had charged my card card for the ticket fare but used their corporate credit card to actually the buy the ticket from American Airlies.
One - this is highly irregular/illegal practise
Two - their payment to American Airlines itself was not cleared and this caused the airlines to suspend my ticket,which I came to know at the time of checkin.
All this information was conveniently hidden from me throughout the transaction. Imagine a travellers plight on getting to know this at 4:00 am at the check in counter.
I had 3 hours before the check in counter closed and I made more than 12 calls to their customer call center and in that 3 hour's not a single person was professional enough to manage the situation and provide a solution. I was simply bounced from one call center to another (All outside the USA) and none of them had a clue what was to be done. Everytime you call the number, you have to spend the first 5 minutes explaining the entire situation from the very beginning with no further progress. It was extremely frustrating interacting with a bunch of novices manning the customer care phone lines.
They very efficiently kept directing me from one department to another and long story short - I could not make the flight.
In between the calls, I send numerous emails summarizing my calls with their customer care (ironical) agent and informing them of the time of closure of the check in date. Other them apologizing for the inconvenience, I had no feedback nor action from them until 1 hour AFTER the check in closed. And their solution then we for me to go an debate with the check in counter agent that the card ARAN GRANT used was legitimate and that I should be allowed to board. How this was to be helpful AFTER the flight took off is beyond me !
I had to make a lot of expensive changes in my schedule to make alternate arrangements to reach Houston.
To conclude - A nightmarish experience and a terrible company to do business with. ZERO accountability and business ethics in their transactions. PLEASE AVOID ARAN GRANT AT ALL COSTS.

We bought tickets through them and they also sold us flight insurance. The flights to our destination (Baltic States) were ok.
When there was less than a week time to go back home to New York, we received an email from the air company that they canceled our flight. No explanation. We didn't really worry because things like that happen but that's why you buy insurance so the situation would be resolved.
No, this company also sent us an email that they are sorry for the inconvenience. They also sent several meaningless emails. The insurance happened to be as fraudulent as this company is.
Ever tried to book a flight 5-6 days before the flight?
The choices were almost nonexistent and the prices astronomical for one way flight.
This company offered nothing.
Also later on, after I already paid them, I found out that the price we paid them was slightly higher than in Google flights.
Of course. No miracles. They took the Google flights price, added their fees, cost of nonexistent insurance and this is how they make their living.
Fraud, fraud, fraud.
