This guy who wants his clients to call him "Mr. Jackson" is a walking money sucker machine.

He handled my divorce in 2009 in Williamson County so poorly that it's hard to know where to start. Communication was terrible. The lack of professionalism was shocking. Calls and emails not returned. Blew through the retainer and wanted more. In the end, my ex spouse was able to go into court on his own and have the judge sign a divorce decree, without my involvement. I had called the law office several times to warn that he had told me he would do that, but the legal assistant told me not to worry, that couldn't happen... well it did... I would never recommend this office. The biggest mistake. Poor knowledge of handling divorce cases. Zero knowledge of financial aspects...and to top it...an arrogance and rudeness that is disgusting...always looking for means to enhance his billing hours...regret hiring him.

It's hard to believe he had any education, background or understanding of family law. He turned my simple divorce case to a 10 days trial and happily lost my case and blamed it on bad luck.

He didn't listen to his clients at all. He ignored the truth I was presenting to him. He bulked charged me and when I asked for details he got mad at me (insulted me) and then sent me a random bill that some were not even related to my case. He showed me no professionalism. He came to the court with absolutely no plans ... He is a poor performer and struggling with presenting a simple case. It took me one whole year after my divorce and hundreds of emails and phone calls and later another attorney involved until finally I got my case binder from his Office in hard copy format
