On 7 May 2022 I purchased 5 business class tickets from AranGrant (3rd party
seller of business class tickets) for a total of $19,518.90. On our departure date 17 July 2022 American Airlines was 6 hours delayed. Since we missed our connecting flights we were rerouted & down graded in the class of service we had paid (business class down to economy class).
Upon our return home on 27 July 2022 I complained to American Airlines & they refunded $617.88 per ticket for a total of $3,089.40 (refund date was 9 August 2022).
The refund money was sent to AranGrant who now refuses to give me that refund. I've contact AranGrant several times to no avail.
This is fraud by any standard.
I would ask that you look into this matter. I have documents supporting my claims should you need copies.
I would strongly recommend to anyone to avoid this business.
Desired outcome: I want the refund that I am entitled to.
