I got Richard Harris for busting my ticket. They charged me 75.00 to cut down my speeding ticket. But they didn't do nothing and my speeding ticket turned into a bench warrant. I called the court and they said they Never Even Contacted the Court. Be careful! I wanna give them no stars!

Jeff and Thalia were real profesh and kept us in the loop on how our case was going. Our case got sorted out and we're happy with the outcome. so we had this case manager named Cynthia M at Richard Harris Law Firm and she was supposed to send out our medical payments. But she messed up and sent one worth 101,000 to the wrong address! They called us freaking out saying we gotta pay up if they don't get the money. We tried to get in touch with them for two weeks but no response. Hoping the Richard Harris Law Firm can help us out here. Thanks.

RichardHarris Law is not trustworthy! Alberto *** Esq. violated my civil rights by denying my request for an interpreter and called it a private business. He took over my case from Richard Harris Law Firm in 03. The contract was written by Crystal beforehand. At first, everything seemed smooth, but as the process went on, I felt like I wasn't getting full transparency. I asked questions, but they would skip over them in emails. The first face-to-face meeting with my attorney was almost 9 months later. I felt left behind with no understanding, so I requested an interpreter from the case managers under two attorneys (Alberto *** and Mr ***). My attorney denied my request, saying I had to prove my right to an interpreter. He forced me to grab the pertinent information from a local office and sign and date it at a later date after we went back and forth for interpreter services, which he refused to give me until after he settled my case without my consent. I didn't trust him and wanted transparency. During the second week of Jan 2020, he wanted to provide an interpreter right after he mentioned the case being settled, which made me wonder why. He finally provided me an interpreter a week later. During our first meeting with an interpreter alone on 02/26, I felt something was wrong, so I went to the law firm and requested the cd case files (04) without my attorney's permission. I found more information on the cd case files than what was given to me through emails from my attorney. I found out that the policy demand worksheet was written up and decided without my consent, and he changed my medical record date of service. I felt like my attorney was doing this work for his best interest and not mine. He never sat down and consulted with me before finalizing the case. I wrote an email to the upper management, and we had to set up two meetings, one with Joshua *** and the other with Nancy *** with an interpreter provided. The attorney wanted me to sign the PPD award without providing information nor giving me any itemize list regarding MVA. I told him NO and wanted to see the MVA case. I don't know how the law really works from their end, but the question is, if my further treatment under workers comp closed on (06/05), why am I still seeing two doctors both IME and Chiropractor? IME *** sent the custodian of records to my attorney on (01/10) saying: (Patient has not been seen) yet still bill me for 2K. The law firm recognized my attorney's poor performance and reduced the fee from 33.3% to 25% after drawing up a new contract on (11). There is more to the story, but no room here.
