Applebee's review: Service and food

We (6 kids and I) visited the Applebee's in Muskegon arriving at 7:20 pm on July 28th. Red flag right away should have made us turn around and leave but we had just left the all day waterpark adventure headed for our 2 1/2 hour trip home and needed a good meal. We weren't greeted and waited almost 15 minutes before being asked how many. Then we waited another 5 minutes before the waitress even address us to let us know she would be right back to take our order. We placed our drink and food order at the same time, We only received part order first: 2 orders of wings but not the fries, 1 out of 2 kids corndog meal, cold kids cheese pizza and grill chicken salad with a plastic wrapper in it. By the time the rest of the order came; the other corndog meal with wrong side and burger and fries with wrong topping and the 2 fries order, the first part was already eaten. The entire order was completely served at 8:30 pm. The whole experience was worse than terrible. I expect so much better from Applebee's being a long-time customer.
