Today, Dec 28, after worl I called Applebee's to make 4 orders for my family of 4 and connie from Applebee's answered the phone, I ask her that I need to put a order then she put me on hold for 10minutes, I called back and same lady answered and put me on hold againg, then I hung up and I called back, I ask for rhe Manager and I have to wait lie 5 minutes yill finally a lady by the name of Maria adk my what was my problem I splained to her then she said well maybe she was very busy and she told me in a sarcastic voice anything els that you need and I say no its oj I will calle Corporate then she said ok bye have a nice day and hung up!! She don't even apologize or anything . I felt so bad that I started crying I didn't know what to do. Thank you very much ! Carmen
