Applebee's review: food, service & price

On 24 Dec 2010, My Wife & I visited Applebees Bar & Grill in Goldsoboro, NC 27530 for afternoon meal at approximately 4:00 pm. We each ordered the Bourbor Steak meal. After ordering, it took over at hour to before our meals actually arrived. We both ordered our steaks medium (pink in the center). Both steak arrived hot but completely over cooked, very dry & very salty. The steaks were so small and so tough to the point of hardly believing they would even consider serving these steaks to any customer. The sides were extremely small and consist of fried potatoes and grill onions. More of what would be served to a child. And to add insult to injury, an almost $8.00 dollar tip on a $25.00 meal. By far the worst meal, and most expensive for the meal I received & poorest service I have ever experienced from any restuarant that I can remember
