Applebee's Service

There were 4 of us that went to the Applebee's in Alliance Ohio on State Street. We arrived about 9:30 PM. The restaurant was to be open until Midnight. Every one of the girls working that night were very rude. First no one wanted us in their section, they were tired. I am a short person, and those high-top tables are not comfortable for me to sit at. We requested a booth, that is where I can sit the most comfortable at. Our server was not at all happy because we were sat in her section. We all felt uncomfortable the whole time we were there. If it were up to me, I would not have tipped her what my husband tipped. I believe that you need to earn the amount of tip you are given, and she did not earn what he gave her. It was not the least bit enjoyable at all. I am really thinking that I do not want to go to this restaurant again. That is a sad thought as we don't get out that often, and Applebee's is one of the place that we frequent. Maybe not any more.

Under what circumstances did you interact with "all the girls"? When I dine out, I interact with my server and sometimes a food runner who just drops off the food, never to be seen again. But you make it sound like you had conversations with the whole staff.

Applebee's All

I went to Applebees on October 12 and was told it would be and 1 hour wait, which I waited inly to be told after that one hour that they still wasn't ready. I returned to Applebees again on Sunday October 14, 2023 @ 5:13pm when I was then told AGAIN that is an 1 hour wait, I then stated why is it a wait and there are only 4 people at the bar and there are over 10 empty tables. The server at the front door said I DON'T KNOW that's what my manager told me to tell everyone. I left and walked outside, I then turned around to place my name on the waiting list which after 3 hours I still hadn't received a text or call. I'm not understanding if you all are advertising 1 dollar margarita why not be staffed properly and prepared. I have over 200,000 followers on Social Media and I would hate to post this before I give you a chance to fix it. I would like to get a response in a timely matter. I also called to speak to a manager several times but was only left on hold. I can be reached @ [protected]

I have never heard of someone waiting 3 hours to eat at an Applebee's! Heck, I wouldn't wait 10 minutes to eat there.

Applebee's Labeling

I worked at Applebee's for 2 years and never missed, I was a very hard worker and when the boss passed away we gotta new boss, after a few weeks of the new boss working there, there was a rumor that I gave a employee a edible cookie so I got terminated. Witch I don't even do that, now I am a employee at the hospital so greater outcomes come for deserving people. What bothers me is that my son was employed there for 6 months and when he left from there he gave notice and left on good terms because of another job opportunity, a few weeks ago he applied there again and they told him he was not rehire able due to termination! He never got terminated and I know they are treating him unfairly because of me! That restaurant only hires who they personally like and know!

Applebee's Service/food 9/10//2023 6PM-7:43

My husband and I went to the Applebees at 7831 Target Circle, Raleigh NC 27616.

Upon entering there was one coupe ahead of us. We were finally greeted after roughly 5 minutes, seated and waited 15 minutes to a server to come to our table. Krystyna, took our drink order. We waited about 10 minutes to recieve my beer and an unsweetened tea and asked for spenda upon ordering. The server forgot to bring it. Finally another employee brought the splend to us. We ordered an appetizer and our meal. Appetizer came out (15min or so) no plates when asked. Our food finally came out all you can eat boneless chicken and a burger. Burger was overcooked and, fries dry and cold. My husband asked for a second serving of boneless chicken. Server NE VER brought them to us.

There were other employees focused around a certain guy in the bar area. At one point two employees and the "guy" went to the restroom together. Very suspicious activity.

We asked for our check which took forever to get. Very poor service or even any concern for their customers.

Desired outcome: This location needs help and some training on customer service.. Refund for such poor service and poor quality off food. no apology, explanation. NOTHING.

Applebee's Billing

I ate lunch at Applebee's in Sanford NC on Thursday 8/26/23 and my bill was $13.90 plus a $3.00 tip but when I checked my bank statement on Sunday they had charge me $30.90. I have tried calling but can never get anyone to answer the phone! My check # is [protected] and my waitress was Brittany W. The approval code was 420357 and the merchant ID is 061345.

Applebee's Curbside food order

Ordered curbside chicken Alfredo. Received a text order would be ready at 750pm. I was at the restaurant at 755pm. Called to let them know I was there. Was told he ( worker) will be right out. I sat in my car for 15mins before I went in and had to wait another 10 mins while he took 6 orders. I received my order at 820pm

Had I not went inside for my food. I would’ve still been in auto gnin my car waiting for the worker to bring it out. My food was dry, didn’t have any Alfredo sauce and The noodles was hard. I couldn’t even eat much of it. I was very disappointed

Applebee's Chicken fingers

I am a regular at Applebee. Recently, I have noticed a change in your chicken fingers... A lot smaller and very thin. Hardly any chicken. I have tried a couple of different Applebee. And all chicken fingers have changed. So I assume it's a corporate thing... Definitely not worth the money anymore. Yesterday August 19th 2023 my brother in law and I ordered the 2 for 25 lunch meal. Both chicken fingers with an appetizer... We were shock mat the size and thickness of the fingers... We both left hungry... I mentioned it to the waitress and manager... They just shrugged. I agree, what could they do... They only serve what they get for Applebee... Reconsidering where we go for our weekly lunches.

Applebee's Management, service, cleanliness

Took my family to try out the all you can eat boneless wings when we first came in the restaurant there was no one there to greet us we stood at the door for about 10 minutes so we decided to sit ourselves in a section a female dirty waitress comes over and States we have to wait at front for someone to help us so then we got up from that table 5 minutes later host comes to front and leads us to a table and states that the waitress is running behind and he will be with us the waitress did not acknowledge us and then came to the table 10 minutes later to order our drinks he brought one drink out at a time the beer was flat and my wife and daughter strength tasted tangy 10 minutes after that they brought my daughter's food out which her strips were hard and her mozzarella sticks were old we then waited 45 minutes for our first order of boneless wings by this time my wife had became ill and stepped outside so then when the waitress brings food I immediately tell him that if we can take our food to go because my wife is sick he did not disagree and gave us containers we then try to order another order of the boneless wings because they were so small we figured if we just order another order we could take it to go again the waitress did not deny us of taking the food then a another person comes over acting as if he is management and if he is he was rude as hell and unprofessional he began shouting that we cannot take the food with us because it is all you can eat never did the waitress date that this was a problem I told him it is not an issue my wife did not feel good so we were going to take the food to go he said we could not leave the building I then went off and stated that I will only be paying for what we ate he began to shout more and I told him to go on about his business he left and the waitress came back and said management says that we have to pay I told him to bring the manager over there because I was not paying for anything but the dissatisfied food that my daughter ate and the old spinach dip appetizer that they brought out that we tasted and was disgusting this restaurant is not a family-oriented restaurant and nor was the food tasteful the cheese that was on top of the spinach dip was old as if it was burnt it also had a big chunk of artichoke inside of it we will never visit this restaurant again and we'll make sure that we get the word out I have never been treated this way at a restaurant so not only did the lazy waitress lose a tip but the restaurant itself lost great customers I hope that you replace the staff that is in there especially the management that represents represents himself as professional I would like to be contacted back about the situation because we received unworthy service. Furthermore as a executive chef and a general manager of a fast food restaurant with more than 20 years experience we know when food is fresh and satisfiable to customers that was not it!

Applebee's Management

I am a pregnant employee for Applebee's. Now I understand that there is not much I can do with being a pregnant person working and my team does look out for me. But where my problem comes in at is that I got sick to the point where I was having a hard time breathing I was having body aches and I did not have an appetite before I called in to let my boss know that I was sick and didn't want to be responsible for anyone else becoming ill. However when I called my manager instead of saying that I could take off he asked me to come to work until lunch time. The closer it gots to lunch time that's when his word play switched. It went from oh you can stay until lunch time to now you can stay until after lunch time. Which led me to get upset and leave because of the simple fact I did call to let it be known that I was not feeling well and it seemed like that did not matter even though and the employee handbook it tells you that if you are sick you should not come to work. So I got wrote up for basically having common sense and leaving once I realized that my boss basically was trying to make me work my whole shift even with knowing I was not feeling well

Applebee's Targeted harassment by manager

Because there might be legal implications, which I am pushing for as a representative of employee R. Baldonado. The continuous harassment and singling out of this employee by Tami (general manager) is grossly irresponsible. Corporate needs to be made aware of this and swift action needs to be taken. Although Albuquerque is a small city, there is no doubt the incidents will make national news. The weighs heavy on EEOC protected classes. New Mexico has a population of nearly 50% Hispanic; Hispanics have HUGE spending power. New Mexico is a very liberal state, with advocacy on many levels for the LGTBQ community as well, who also have HUGE spending power.

Desired outcome: Reinstate job, most importantly relieve Tami of her duties.

Applebee's Food

I was at the Applebee's restaurant on 1683 East Ridge Road in Rochester, New York on July 12, 2023 at approximately 7:49 pm. Our server was a young man his name was Braydon H. He did not write down what we asked for dinner. He brought back my grandaughter's steak well done when she asked for it another way. My brownie and ice cream dessert was miniscule. There was not even a whole scoop of ice cream on my plate or much of the brownie. I thought it was odd. I'm not one to complain but this particular Applebee's in Irondequoit N.Y. has never been a favorite. I went this day because my son wanted to eat there. I usually do not like this particular Applebee's. I do believe the bill came to $35.00 plus the tip. I like giving waiters and waitresses tips because I know their pay is below minium wage. I myself will not be going to any other Applebee's whether here in the state of New York or California where the food was not very good or the service.

Applebee's bad meat

On June 3, 2023 my Husband and I went to Applebees in Laredo Texas . He ordered sirloin steak , I ordered Quesidilla Burger. He immediated said when cutting that it could not be beef but lizard meat , texture was like styrofoam , it was tough and tasted funny. he ate only a few bites , I ate all of mine. After a few minutes he started feeling bad and it was down hill after that. I got sick that night and it lasted for a couple of days , my husband only got worse as days passed. On June 29 , 2023 I had to rush him to VA hospital in Houston Texas , his blood Pressure was falling fast and was almost to the point of dying when they rushed him to Emergency room and started working on him after 5 days in hospital they told us it was a food related bacteria, his pancreas was severely inflamed , his gall bladder , intestines and colon included and a big blood clot by his colon. It was Sepsis . I have never seen a man so sick and survive just by going to my favorite restaurant . Hope you check out this place in Laredo , my husband and I are not the only ones getting sick there.

Arrived at Applebees in Battle Creek, Michigan. We were told 10-15 minute wait. So far it has been 50 minutes and still waiting for a table. Please do better and just be honest! We would have just gone to another restaurant! People are asking about their tables and are now being told an hour. We didn’t go anywhere else as now we have invested all our time!

Applebee's The quality of the food

Thursday, June 22 somewhere around 5:30 PM in Buford Georgia Applebee’s,

Well, taking my wife and daughter out to dinner and expecting what I was accustomed to from Applebee’s. When I frequented the restaurant 15 years ago I was truly disappointed what they placed in front of me was a disgrace! I ordered the bourbon street steak. This thing did not even resemble a steak! if there’s a place on here for me to upload a picture, I would definitely do that. This thing had no mushrooms and onions anywhere nothing sizzling about it the steak itself was dry and had an awful taste as I did try to choke down two bites. If this is the staple of Applebee’s, perhaps Applebee’s should look into another type of business because this food wasn’t fit for people to consume! Once upon a time, I love the Applebee’s. Desired outcome: Get someone to manage the store that knows how to run a store! If I ran my business like this, I would be out Business! Get the Cook who cooks for the commercials to cook for the store!

Applebee's Applebee's in West Virginia: A Nightmare Experience with Overcharging and Poor Customer Service

I went to Applebee's in West Virginia on September 18th and boy, was it a disaster! I ended up getting charged three times for my meal and it's been a real headache trying to get it sorted out. I've been bounced around from the restaurant to Appleby's guest relations to the franchise owner and back again. It's like a game of hot potato, but with my money!

I finally got in touch with a senior guest relations specialist named Alfredo, but he was about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. He couldn't help me at all! So, I got sent back to guest relations, who gave me an email address for the company that Applebee's is blaming for the charges. But, surprise surprise, the email address bounced back! What a joke.

I called back and spoke to a guy named Jake from guest relations. I was hesitant to give him my email address, but I did anyway so he could send me the form to get my refund. But, you guessed it, I never received an email from Jake or anyone else at Applebee's or Freedom Pay.

Honestly, it seems like Applebee's doesn't even want my business. The employees are so complacent and don't seem to care about their customers at all. If you don't want to waste hours of your life dealing with this ridiculous garbage, I suggest finding a different restaurant to go to. There are plenty of other options out there that won't leave you feeling frustrated and ripped off.

Applebee's Disappointing Experience at Applebee's in Sullivan, MO: Poor Service and Food Quality

I went to Applebee's in Sullivan for a date this afternoon. We were seated right away, but our server took a very long time to take our drink orders. She passed us several times after she said our drinks were coming out, and it took another 10 minutes for us to finally get them. When she came back to take our order, it was another 10 minutes later.

We ordered the riblet plate, but when our food arrived, my french fries were extremely salty. My ribs were dry and hardly had any sauce on them at all. There was hardly any meat on the ribs, which was disappointing. When it was time to get our check, we sat for another 10 minutes and had to ask if we paid her at the table. She said yes, but we had no clue after she took our card if she was ever coming back. I thought she went out shopping.

Overall, we had the worst experience at this Applebee's in Sullivan, Mo ever. Our server did not once introduce herself or ask how our meal was. She needs better manners in how to greet her customers for a better tip. It was lousy service and lousy food. I told my boyfriend we will not go back.

I hope Applebee's can improve their service and food quality in the future. It's important to make customers feel welcome and satisfied with their experience.

Applebee's Disappointing Experience at Applebee's in Newnan, GA: Allergy Mishap and Poor Service

Me and my girl decided to hit up the Applebee's in Newnan, Ga (Bullsboro Drive) last night. We were seated quick and got our drinks. My girl ordered the specialty drink you guys got for October for a dollar. It was super sugary and had no booze in it. I told the waitress about it but she said they couldn't take it off. Whatever, it's only a buck. We ordered our food and my girl is allergic to onions and mushrooms. She got a sizzler that comes with those two things. We told the waitress no onions or mushrooms. 20 minutes later her plate comes out sizzling with onions and mushrooms. I told the waitress and she got her manager. He said he would have it remade. He came back in two minutes with a not so sizzling plate. I looked at it and they just took the onions and mushrooms off. There was still some left on the plate. I was so mad because if she takes one bite she needs to go to the ER. We went to check out and the manager wouldn't talk to us. It was a terrible experience.

Applebee's Terrible Experience at Applebee's: Slow Service, Cold Food, and Mistakes in Order

My experience at Applebee's was just plain awful. We waited for 15 minutes and no waiter or waitress came to our table. Finally, an assistant manager came and took our drink order, but then told us they didn't have the items we wanted on the menu. We had to choose substitutes. To make matters worse, the manager said that the waitress for our table never showed up, so the bartender would have to take care of our table in addition to the bar.

After waiting for 40 minutes, the bartender came out and said there was a mix-up in the kitchen and our food would be out soon. She came back and said the manager would be taking care of our bill because of the slow service in the kitchen. Finally, 15 minutes later, the manager delivered our food, apologized, comped our meal, and said if we needed anything, just ask. The bartender said the same.

But then, we opened our silverware package and there were no napkins! And to make matters worse, the penne with four cheeses was cold. The honey tenders were just barely warm, and the garlic breadstick was the warmest thing on the plate, but it still wasn't hot. Even the diet Pepsi was poorly mixed.

To top it all off, my spouse's dinner had food mixed into his pasta that was not ordered. However, he ate it anyway, but at least it was warm. We were getting ready to leave when the bartender asked how everything was. When we told her, she said, "Oh, sorry, but like I said, the manager took care of the bill."

Overall, I would not recommend Applebee's. The service was slow, the food was cold, and there were mistakes in our order. It was just a terrible experience.

Applebee's Poor Service and Dishonesty at Applebee's: A Review

I went to Applebee's the other day and it was not a great experience. I sat down and it took a good 15 minutes before anyone came over to take my order. After I finally ordered, I waited another 20 minutes for my drinks, but they never came. The waiter seemed to be ignoring me and instead was chatting with other customers and employees at the bar. I had to go get the manager to complain and she accused me of lying about how long I had been waiting. Finally, after talking to her, my food and drinks came out within 15 minutes.

The manager sent two waitresses to my table every time, which was a bit overwhelming. She even called mall security and had them stationed near my table. The manager came back to my table twice and acted sarcastic, asking if everything was okay. I told her that the damage was already done. The steak salad I ordered only had four small pieces of meat, but the food was okay otherwise. I was never offered a discount or an apology.

The bad waitress who failed to serve me walked back and forth past my table, giving me dirty looks many times. I paid my bill in full and left, but I was not given a receipt. I received an email asking me to call them after I left my online complaint, which I did. The person I talked to was the same manager who apologized and offered a $50 certificate, but she has failed to deliver on that promise.

Overall, I would not recommend Applebee's. There are plenty of other eating choices in the mall, and their establishment is poor to its customers and dishonest.
