I've used Apple vacations twice now and had a very bad experience both times, the first time when I was checking in at my local airport and I had no seat assignment and wasn't even listed on the roster, my Alaskan airline customer service agent and I both were trying to get ahold of an Apple agent, standing there holding up the line both of us on the phone. It took a good 30 mins on the phone. The second incident was March 2025, after having paid for my trip to Kaui in October of 2024, I returned only to find out, I was being charged again in excess of $4,000.
I will never use Apple vacations again; it took a lot of work and over a month to get my money back.
