Apple Vacations review: Misleading advertising - cancel for any reason booking plan # 92d023ab

We booked a trip with Apple Vacation - Cruise Brothers Booking Number 92D023AB. We paid extra money for the travel protection plan because we were told we could get back a full refund if we had to cancel. Our travel agent told us we would get a refund of $3100 or $3500. However after waiting a month our travel agent is now telling us that Trip Mate will not refund our money but wants to give us a travel credit. Trip Mate advertises CFAR (cancel for any reason) but refuses to honorthem when they are needed. This is misleading advertising and Apple Vacations should be held accountable. We will not book any more trips through Apple Vacations - Cruise Brothers. We are out of pocket loss of $3,626.13. I do not recommend this company as there is a lack of transparent communication with both parties involved.
