I was wrongly charged a fee due to the clubs administrative error and the club is refusing to reimburse me or reverse the fee. Please see email trails below.

We have communicated with the club owner several times over this matter and asked for them to look at this and their decision is final. Unfortunately we are unable to assist with anything further, sorry.

This email is to notify you that you will not receive any refund nor credit to your account due to the $7.50 admin fee charged by debit success.

The matter has been reviewed and to no fault of the club your December payment declined hence you being charged by Debit Success the $7.50 fee. If you have any further inquiries regarding this matter please contact debit success as they have applied the fee and only they can change or refund same.

We have in club your signed debit authority for the changes made in October 2017 and also the more recent change of debit details requested if you could please come and see us during the staffed hours to sign that one also as previously requested.
