I have been charge from Americatel for no reason, they keep billing me every month about $17.00 and I do not use their services, by the way I stopped having home phone about a year ago and what I have i cell phone and Maggicjack. I have callled the English and Spanish lines and no success, the call is dropped out of the blue... and when they pick up and know you are complaining about charges they just hang up on you. This is really frustraiting and I wish I could do something to stop this peolple from ROBBING many

    it has been a nightmare for me with the overcharges - one bill will have mimutes at 93 cents -- 2.78 cents per minute -same time - same type of call - 20 calls for one min that never happned, etc, etc. Finally i stopped paying their bills and forced AT&T to block my account from this people - i did the same about 5 years ago and somehow they got back on my account. Americatel claims that i dial [protected] when i dialed my long distance call which is a big LIE so i'm trying to file a formal complaint and i have no idea where to start. i don't want to pay a laywer because i'm not willing to spen done more cent on these people
