Americas Best Value Inn review: Customer service and fake advertising

We booked a room for myself and my 2 young children on priceline. I looked a pictures and reviews and was happy with it. When I walked in to pay for the reservation it smelled disgusting. We got to our room and it looked nothing like any pictures posted. Hard wood floors with a couple cheap rugs. Cool. Fine. Whatever. Except i'm pretty sure the only people who work here are the 2 ow era and one housekeeper. I went and picked up the phone (since no one was at "front desk") and a lady came out at 7pm. I asked for a couple of cups. Very nicely might I add. She started shaking her head in frustrating and muttering under her breath in a different language. Threw the cups at me and walked off. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this experience has been the absolute worst. Would not recommend. It is nothing like the pictures on websites. It's absolute garbage and horrible customer service. Will never be back nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone. Extremely
