Americas Best Value Inn Rude attendant

Yes we checked in 2 weeks zgo n noone has offered us a weekly rate n we got very rude service from day one n we didnt get offered for our room to get cleaned not one time n the attendent was very rude everytime we had to ask for towels n rags n garbage bags everyday bv there was none offered n everytime we went to pay she had an attitude everytime n was very .mean about us renting do or another day n we went 5 days w/o tv bc we never could get a remote that worked n we said we was gonna go get another room somewhere eles bc of the way we was getting treated .n she told us go ahead so just saying u need to do something about ur workers n i think we was over charged we had to pay $150 a night bc we had a dog she said

Americas Best Value Inn Room uninhabitable

We stayed at the Green River Unit on August 4 and 5th. The first thing the toilet was plugged up. Sarah came immediately with plunger and unstopped the toiler, leaving a trail of dirty water and used our bath matt but still a trail of dirty water. Second the air conditioner/heater started and stopped. It didn't really cool just circulated air a little bit; third the remote for the TV did not work and you cannot change the channels manually. ANTS in the bathroom - they used spray ant poison all around bathtub and on floor. We had to walk in it.
BED had a hole (dip) to the middle. We could not sleep because we had to cling to the edge of the bed or we both rolled into the middle hole. Sarah said the box springs had moved and they would fix it. We can back and they had moved it. We laid down and everything under the mattress moved and now the bed had a hole in the middle and dips on one side. We couldn't use the pool because it hadn't been cleaned and pool chemicals were not available.
Sarah and her husband tried to fix these things but it was too much and they did not have maid service which is okay but we needed the linens used to repair the toilet replaced.

Americas Best Value Inn Over charged confrontational family owned franchise

Despite the husband being an absolute coward, I was overcharged 83 dollars after discussing the prices for a room on a Sunday. The rates were significantly lowered. I disputed the charges with chase bank only to have that filthy middle eastern family petition to get the full charge back. I will be looking to sue you and have that family business destroyed, as well as your franchise there in Monterey shut down until you have actual citizens Of California owning properties. The rates are absolutely criminal and you yourself should see a harsh lawsuit for price gouging during a pandemic and heat wave in California. I'll be looking to sue your headquarters and ceo as well as the filthy disgusting ugly family that runs this place. It's far past time you people lost entire franchises and I'll start with this place. I have made yelp complaints and the filthy disgusting unwashed near homeless looking husband dared respond to my Yelp complain. To which I added the date of my charged card. Which was a Sunday. Unless you're so unprofessional you wait an entire day to charge a card, I am always charged the day of. It helps that way because these filthy middle eastern unwashed unclean people don't give out receipts with the purchases. I have plenty of photos and videos of this location and have my email address on my Yelp for people to contact me so I can make sure you don't get business. I will do everything in my power to make sure this location is shut down and that family is homeless on the streets begging for change. It's criminal what they do, and what you allow. And you will be prosecuted. Especially for robbing my bank account.

Desired outcome: Family that owns franchise loses license to run franchise. Entire rate payed in full from what I'm owed for all of my stays at this sub par hotel. Over 2000 dollars.

Americas Best Value Inn Overall condition and service of room

When making reservation I asked for a handicap room and was told there was none available so I asked for a ground floor with a walk in shower. Was given a tub/shower combination. The shower curtain was dirty. The hotel is remodeling and things are not finished. Especially the bathroom. No mirror in the room. When questioning the manager she gave me her personal hand mirror to use. How was my husband to shave, or me curl my hair with a hand mirror? Went to Wal Mart and purchased a mirror to use. The coffee pod from the previous guest was left in the Coffee Maker. Every day there was only one washcloth for two guests and one hand towel. One chair in room and it was a rolling office chair. The bed was high and trying to get on the bed to sit, the bedspread was slick and with my pants that were also a slick material, I slid to the floor. Having a bad back, this did make me in quite a bit of pain which still has not subsided. No luggage rack in room, No table in room. TV was not centered on the back panel. The air conditioner was so loud that you had to turn the TV way up in order to hear it. Hard to sleep with all the noise. No Bible in room. No evacuation plan, rate posting, or check out time posted. Security was very bad. Last day wanted to do laundry at the local laundromat. Went to breakfast and returned to get the dirty laundry. The door to our room was wide open and no one around. Our luggage was sitting there and our medications. Anyone could have come into the room and taken things. Closed the door and went to do my laundry. Upon returning to the room to bring back the laundry the same thing. Door wide open and no one around. I went to the office and spoke to the manager. She said that it was her fault that the door was left open so that the housekeeper would know that the room still needed to be done. The maid sign was on the door. She also said they had security cameras. She came from the apartment in the back to talk to me so was she watching the cameras? I think not. Being an ex-hotel manager the condition of the room, non-compliance of postings, the very bad security, and the missing amenities I felt that I needed to write a complaint. Being in the business myself I usually am not one to complain but this was way to appalling. We have stayed at the Americas Best Value Inn in Burns, Oregon many times and never had any problems. That is why I reserved with them in Winnemucca, NV as we were visiting our son.

Americas Best Value Inn Overcharge

My fiancé and I checked in on Monday [protected] afternoon and checked out Thursday morning 2-18-2021. Due to the power outage in Texas. We could not call in to reserve a room. The front desk asked everyone for (CASH ONLY). We paid $105 a night, we had to stay 3 nights. Total $315.27. We feel like we was racially profiling against as well as other people. They overcharged all of us during these horrible winter outage times in Texas. I overheard them asking a black man for $178 for one night on 2-17-2021 on my way out the door to go get something to eat. When he question their prices, they told him that they was out of rooms. We was unfairly treated

I have to make 3 trips as room #118 could not be opened and he keep changing the keys and my whole family keep waiting out side the room for more than half an hr
Then he gave us different room number 108
Room not cleaned well and smelly
He was of no help any further
This is most terrible experience of our life at a hotel stay
Totally unsatisfactory
Will never ever stay again Americas best value inn
In view of this I demand you should refund my money for the duration of our stay of 2 days

Americas Best Value Inn Nasty contagious room

I got ready for bed as soon I pull the sheets back I notices a res round stain I shine my phone light and it was blood on the sheets I look up it's blood on the wall so I call the front desk immediately I ask when was the last time they changed sheets she said today I said no ma'am it's blood on the bed she told me no not tonight change sheets im the morning its a another bed you got a two beds in your room and then she hung up i'm not happy with this at all it's covid-19 going and I had to stay in a room with someone else blood that I almost laid in and it's very unsanitized i'm not happy with this

Americas Best Value Inn Check in times

I called the location at 433 S Azusa Ave, Azusa California 91702 and was told check in is anytime after 1 . I booked and my itinerary told me check in is at 2. So I drove down to confront the and the office window says check in is at 3 and the front desk tells me you have to pay them directly to check in at 1.

This is fraud and the definition of a bait and switch.

Americas Best Value Inn Hotel itself

We Went on the website and saw pictures of the hotel that looks very nice and comfortable when we arrived at the hotel went into our room the room looked nothing like the picture on the website very displeased and or stay the bed was hard as a rock in the room smelled will never stay at this hotel again. The chair was very uncomfortable the bedding look like it wasn't even that clean the plugs in that you can use for the walls in on the desk hardly worked I don't know I know I don't know if I want to stay here again it was just very unpleasing nothing like the visit the pictures on the website I was just not happy I was under the understanding there was a bathtub and it was not that was just the shower I hope that whoever stays there annexes happy with it but I wasn't and I went up to see my family‘s ordinationAnd hardly got any sleep I really hope there's some changes done to this hotel

Americas Best Value Inn A friend of mine has been denied another night because of my presence.

I have stayed here a numver of times in tge past and last year a friend of mine was told he had to leave because xamr to visit him immediately after he had checked in. And again a year later another friend of mine has been denied another night here because I have come to visit . I have NEVER been told why I'm not allowed here I have Never done anything wrong. Never have a disrespected anyone here or broke the rules.

Americas Best Value Inn Hotel Room Poor Quality/Hotels.com/RHL Hospitality

A weekend filled with Disappointment. My experience with this Property was already "IFie" due to an incident around Christmas Time when I made a reservation and I was 100 miles away from only to show up to the property and Not Able to Check In because I left my ID at home on Accident. I totally understand that there is Policy's that are not able to be broken and it was my fault. This weekend was my anniversary and I wanted to surprise my fiancée with a Nice Hotel Outing and so I booked a room at Oasis Of Eden. Photo shop does wonders and really congratulate the Digital Designers who manipulated the images. We wanted to use a Jacuzzi and hang out but we are extremely weirded out if things look dirty because we both travel together a lot and we have certain expectations for good received when we spend money. First The most important thing to do during a Jacuzzi or tub install is to Caulk or Silicone the Edges to Prevent water from seeping into the inner Parts of The Tile or Concrete. What is Concerning to me was the Grout Placed on the Edges of the Tub where all cracked and missing in many places. Any idea how much Bacteria and Germs seep into the Cracks or how Bacteria Can Spread? Moisture! Moisture and Bacteria go Hand in Hand and this is a Huge Public Health Hazard because it is a Facility Where Privately Owned Rooms are Rented to Public Used Guest whom use that Jacuzzi for bathing or engage in Adult Acts so that mean the transfer of bodily fluids that can spread and Harbor in the Cracks. This really bummed me out to have rented a room that was not up kept.Secondly- the bed was not made up that day because the guest prior just layed in bed and they didn't use sheets. I work in the Business and I know that a bed sheet and blanket are placed a certain way to avoid certain creases to the sheets and have a fresh made bed look. So I asked my fiancé to get new sheets and help me make the bed and only to find that I was right about the use of the bed. I'm a blonde hair girl and there where several strands of black hair on the bed sheets. Then the bed itself was made of logs that where done so poorly. That when you just can't overlook things and be happy with paying for this.Thirdly- to wake up and get breakfast included with the rental and Get Cheap White Bread, and Eggo Waffles, and Orange Juice that is really Tampico was the last Straw. Really I am not sure how to feel in the extreme lack of Oversight by Brand Hotels that franchise or Lease Name to Privately owned Hotel Groups only to have run down places carrying there Brand and be part of what I once seen as a respectable Hotel Brand to stay. America's Best Value Inn and Suites shame on you for not doing facility checks and allowing your name to be used by others with no oversight.
I have thrown my money away through Hotels.com for this past weekend and feel that it was a never to be done experience again. Hotels.com you may be the middle man but please do a better job on the businesses you take on and the pictures they submit to you because it's false advertisement. The rooms are extremely hideous and can be overlooked if they were at least kept up. But they are not. Ceiling were poorly done. Blood Stains on the Ceiling most likely from IV Drug Users. Electrical work was ran over the wall with exposed junction boxes. Light switch with an Arch Burn that must have been done hot during install and the burn mark on the wall is clear evidence of them Ground The Box and causing a Spark. The floor was Dirty. The base boards through out the place had not been caulked allowing dwelling for insect to harbor in. And so many other things that we could overlook if the place was just maintained but it's not.

RHL Hospitality you need to check the Properties that Carry your name.

Americas Best Value Inn Manager named Tony

This hotel receive vouchers to house homeless families from a provider named Path. Many of the residents are required to follow program rules in order to maintain a room at this hotel. The case managers from Path do not engage with clients often. Manager Tony uses his own discrepancy on how he pick and choose who gets good rooms based upon how you look. There has been multiple incidents involving domestic violence with clients from Path. Although Path is never on premises to witness these matters, the hotel owner Tony does report criminal activity to program about clients. Because the flow of homeless people entering is high Tony makes clients sign in advance on the sign in sheet. Each client must sign once a day to validate clients are actually staying in hotel. Because of this clients have weeks to abandon the rooms allowing others to stay inside these rooms or sometimes throwing parties. These rooms are paid for monthly and although some people are gone longer than usual Tony never reports this to Path. It's hard to understand how a person is homeless but can go and stay at for days. Some of these rooms are fronts. And this hotel itself is very bias. I cant stress the importance of how dangerous this place is. The owner will clearly tell you he does not care about any of the people only his business. There are many incidents that occur at this hotel that may require the need to look at video footage. Tony is not open to allowing that. The owner behavior is always out of line. Tony talks to clients as they are slaves. Tony does not allow people talk back. He tells grown men who are in the program to go in their room or he will kick them out. This hotel is a growing environment for drug trafficking and as sex trafficking. Considering the area you'll the hotel manager Tony will tell you it's a safe environment. It's not safe. No program is safe through Path. The workers at Path allow people to stay in rooms that are not even on the case. So the owner Tony can do side business with clients from program charging them for parking spaces leaving clients who are entitled to park outside of premises.

Americas Best Value Inn Charges

I booked a room for my daughter for a week. When I checked my account was found I was charged more than I was told. Called the motel and was told that the extra charge was for the mirco/fridge in that comes with the room and that if I didn't like that she could leave this happened at the Americas best/worst value in in harrisonville missouri. The person that I talked with was very rude and disrespectful. He wouldn't hardly let me talk. Every time I tried to talk he would talk over me

Americas Best Value Inn we had called to make a reservation

When my husband and i called to make a reservation the lady named Debra asked my address. When i gave her a Bath NY one she got extremely rude and said that, that location doesn't accept any reservations from people from Bath or Corning. When i asked why She said because we dont and hung up. We just wanted a night away. Very awful customer service.

Americas Best Value Inn fraud

Paid for room through booking.com February 3. Checked in Feb 8. Female desk clerk checked us in and we go to room to unpack, keycards work, and then go out to eat. We return 2 hours later after eating keycards dont work. We go down to lobby and a male clerk states in order to activate keycard he needs bank card to prove who we are. We return to room and finally get in and my wife says I had better check our account. I check account and male desk clerk had charged card. I go back down to lobby and female desk clerk is there. I start to explain to her male desk clerk charged my card then male desk clerk hearing me rushes out of back room pushing female desk clerk out of way yelling at me repeatedly "there's no problem". He prints off and hands me some phony receipt saying no problem. Card charged Feb 10

Americas Best Value Inn manager

I've been staying at this hotel since Thursday and she changing the rules as she go every time but people have to get on with a day and I have to stay here because they may be going thru something my house caught on fire so her Attitude and staring at me like she got a problem is not the first thing we want to deal with in the morning or the last thing we want to see before we go off on our day it's just not right when she get to make the rules as she go along it's just not fair they can cheat people in double charge But if we got a problem with it they get upset with us like It's our fault this has been the worst day I have hair but I have no choice right now

The room been in my husbands name since Thursday now all of a sudden she need to see his ID my name been added on to it I got to pay for yesterday morning The day before that the day before that the day before that and the day before that talking about we keep change your names it’s just the two of us she just want to have a problem with somebody and make the rules as she goes and I’m tired of it and like I say I pay for the room Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Monday what’s the problem now. Then I got double charged and I’m not post to be mad and she’s telling me I’m talking over her I’m not post to be upset you talking about you know exactly what happened how to [censored] if I pay for a room already it’s not in the system when I try to pay for the next night it charge me for the same night somebody steal it so I got a dispute a charge and wait 10 days for my money come on train your employees right that’s another problem as a manager this hotel is so much better before she became manager and I keep trying to be respectful but the way she acts I don’t have no choice but to stay here right now so I’m a put these reviews on every single website

Americas Best Value Inn everything

I rented a room with no sink handle and no refrigerator I couldn't even wash my hands and then because I could not find my receipt they charged me twice for a room I refuse to give me my money back unless I provide a receipt in which housekeeping threw away I feel with awful service and the rude employees that I should get a full and total refund on both on both payments I've never been treated so badly in an establishment in my life I would highly not recommend this place for anybody

Americas Best Value Inn room was filthy

Checked into the room on 01/10/2020 the outside of the builinding looks good and clean. As soon as the door opened to the room I was hit with a smell of must we unloaded our bags only to find the carpet was dirty and had a blood stain on the carpet with lots of dead bugs along the base board there was pubic hair in the bathroom sink an tub and the sheets were wrinkled and dirty and had hair on them (looked to be unchanged) there was mold in the corners of the bathroom along the base board and broken wall sockets hanging out just by the wire s. I left right away turned in the key cards and was not offered a refund had to go down the road to another hotel the room was very unsanitary. Int the photos of the tub and sink its hard to see the hair but its there. I have never seen something so dirty in my life and the photo if the frig that is not our food left in there just nasty.

Americas Best Value Inn stay at hotel

I checked in on December 4th because of an eviction happening. I am here with my 9 year old. I have asked if they could come back at later time's to clean the room because I work at night and on those day's I need sleep. He refused yelling at me telling me it's not his problem. They have no respect for anyone they are rude and disrespectful. They do thing's and don't give guest's notice, like fixing the roof and didn't tell anyone it would be noise or anything. I have complained about the loud music so many time's and nothing has been done. The towels and sheets are dirty looking. The sheets on the bed when we got the room had paw prints on them. The curtains in the room are molded. They lie and tell you they have breakfast and they don't. They don't have room service as they say either. The internet dosent work the microwave is a beat up one that dosent sound right. Only 2 of the lights work. Also I asked him not to spray certain thing's in the room while cleaning because it makes me sick. Also they had the heating and air unit's sprayed to clean them in the middle of winter. It was an open whole with cold coming through. The unit doesn't even work. It's cold and the heater dosent work. This place is a joke and not worth 1050. If I could have received a refund I would leave today!

Americas Best Value Inn poor management and pathetic employment

They tried hanging me twice and had many mess ups. They claimed my payment never went through when I have proof it did. I even sent pictures of the receipt. If I find out an employee pocketed my money and the manager was aware. I will be hiring a lawyer. Do not stay at this motel. Maybe the whole chain is super corrupt. The manager accused me of not believing in God. This is a hate crime you know and discrimination.
