6/27 I called to order contacts that my daughter has been wearing for a few years now they said I had to order in office because I was using insurance.
7/1 went to office to order contacts they said they can't because doctor never finalized in system. That they wanted my daughter to come back this is after exam in April which was billed & paid for already. I explained because of my job and location and her being in Volleyball I could not do this and she really needed them she was out. They would not help me.
7/3 I called back again thinking there was some mis communication because my daughter had already been fitted for the contacts I was trying to order and they had given her a pair and they would not help me. Now I have to go to a whole other eye doctor close to my home and pay out of pocket for exam again. I am very displeased with them.
They did say it was because she had an online exam when the doctor is on screen not in person. Which this was not something I requested. This has cause a lot of issues. My daughter is trying out for club and has to wear her glasses which doesn't make her as effective I now have to take take more time off work to take her to another exam and pay more money. I've always heard horror stories but never had issues up until now. No one wanted to correct they just gave me the receptionist which she obviously could not help all she does is schedule. No one wanted to take the accountability.
