Bought new toilet 28 Dec 2025, had it installed by a plumber 29 DEC 2025.
Today is 9 Feb 2026. Anyway, I started noticing waste not cleanly flushing away, ie. sticking, or smear to the bottom sides.
What a horror for guests using the toilet!
Then 3 weeks ago, ghost flushing.
Can't connect with customer service ...waiting for a call back.
I tried adjustments to the valve - nothing. I don;t think the valve screw is moving.
