American Standard Hot water heater lasted 3 years and 4 months, they would not replace it and said it needed an Expansion Tank to hold water. They took 1 week to get me an answer, that means I went through hell. This was a new house they pointed out an unknown technicality. I want this company to go out of business they wasted my time. I bought from another company, and I will complain online and tell everyone I know what a poor company they are.
They Suck.

This garbage company made me wait 7 days to tell me NO we wont replace your 3.4 year old water heater. Because it didn't have a expansion tank. I bought the house new, and never heard of this from day one they wasted my time with pictures and only wanted to get out of their warranty.
It will be a pleasure when they go out of business soon, and they will. I had to spend $1500 on another companies water heater. I despise these scum in Ontario, Ca, of course,
