I bought this toilet and its never really worked right. Im an hvac guy that does plumbing too. The fill valve only goes up to half of the tank... There is no adjustment I can find. Why make a tank that big if it only fills up half way? I need a longer fill tube and I want your company to tell me the cheapest easiest way to do this. I dont want to have to completely replace the float/fill because you cant fork out the extra 20 cents to make the tube longer. I want an answer, I bought this toilet like a year ago and its driving me insane.

Claimed loss: Claimed Loss? My freaking sanity dealing with every product on the planet now being designed as low quality as humanly possible.

Desired outcome: A working flushable toilet, so i dont have to stare at floating pieces of [censored] every damn day. Its disgusting and totally preventable. I flush this thing like 20 times to make it work once.
